Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. My ex. I thought he was The Greatest Man Ever and he let that go to his head and tried to get with all these other girls. None of them thought he was all that great, so he kept coming back to me. I was truly that much of an idiot that I would build him right back up again, and he would take that supply to build his confidence....to go try and get himself someone richer, prettier, and smarter than me. Over and over. It's actually hilarious in retrospect. I was always in honors classes and thought I was smart. Meanwhile everyone felt sorry for me because I was the greatest fool of all time. I'm embarrassed to say this but I say it so no one else has to think they were the dumbest. It was me. Trust me, it was me.

My ex was a neglectful narcissist. He 'missed' me so much, he got some random coworker pregnant and decided to marry her and move in with her. The second that baby was born he left her and the baby. Accountability was never his thing. I looked her up and realized she looked just like me, long dark hair and all. Poor girl didn't realize who this crusty dusty nasty brat was and I feel bad for her and her baby. He tried coming back to me shortly after. I made it very clear, no thank you. I found better :)

Lee I applud you for not being afraid to say that a narcissist can miss you! I believe that some content creators who speak on narcissism try to avoid saying things like "The narc can miss you" because they are afraid that it will make someone go back to a bad situation! But I believe that it is best to be honest and not make the narc seem like they are somebody who is above having human feelings, with some kind of superpowers! 🙄🥴🥴🥴 I read a lot of comments and some survivors were automatically saying that the narc doesn't miss them for the right reasons, which IS TRUE! BUT........ any of the survivors of the narcissist who says they miss the narcissist is not missing the narcissist for the right reasons either! What are they missing? Four months ago, my narcissist and I stopped talking. I loved him, but it was hopeless. The breakup was extremely difficult, but we both managed to stop contacting each other. One thing I’ve learned to be truth more than anything is their “ego” is a false ego. Underneath that fake ego is a scared, insecure, traumatized little boy that is afraid of rejection. A narcissist won't miss you as long as they have sufficient supply. Once their supply dries up, they'll test the water with you to see where you stand with them. This is the fork in the road. If you reach out to the narcissist, you have given them the green light to continue misbehaving. When they reach out to you, the ball is in your court to outline your terms should you welcome them back. With a narcissist, you have to make sure to keep your upper hand.

I just had a counselling appointment Tuesday and deadass the second I left and was about to start driving home, my ex texted me saying he’s fine with me hating him and ignoring him, and then said cuz he’s not good with words he sent me a playlist of all songs that remind him of “us” and “our relationship”. Perfect evidence of 2 things: 1) he still misses me cuz I’ve been no contact since December 29th (2023) and he can’t go even a month without contacting me, and 2) he clearly has not matured or changed for the better despite him claiming he’s in counselling for the breakup

The "are you willing to forget the past, I am" had me 😮😮. Because he could say this over and over, and then when he would get drunk, bring up stuff from 8 or 9 years ago. Then, an entire argument would ensue, and my responses would get me a fist to the side of my head. Somewhere that can't be seen. It’s crazy that I even feel uncomfortable with that bc he would probably try to fight whoever I had over there even if it was someone like that ( there alot to my story) I’m not comfortable with him just letting him come get it bc there’s history of trying to do the civil thing and before when I’ve tried that once he came in he won’t leave threatens me and there is past abuse. It was the safest way to wait until he went to jail to end the relationship once he realized that’s what is going on he just left it at basically I will still have to see him bc of the belongings he has there but even if I was able to find a friend or family I could bring them to it hasn’t stopped him from still coming around then he will lie and say I didn’t get all of his things it’s alot with my situation

My ex narc went to an unqualified therapist who told him I was emotionally manipulating him… I asked “did you, explain you, cheated on me 18 times?” He flat out said - of course not, why would I tell her that, our session was all, about how YOU were acting. Not about me. Keep in mind I never met this therapist. His last therapist I went to with him - was the same therapist he went to with his expire. - that therapist he called me and said - this man is a narcissist get out, and no I will not see him again. He is pathological. 😅
