Previously fit, strong and an athlete I suffered a severe brain injury and secondary stroke. Paralysed right hand clemched into a claw, foot drop, lack of balance and stationery vertigo . But I am still relatively strong, can still do the splits and lift weights due to muscle memory and an adjusted weight training regimen I made up. Can you suggest anything to strengthen my core, and balance issues ? Id love to try calisthenics but my hand and balance stop me Thanks

Sustainability is a scam

@@oscarbear7498 What a moronic thing to say. You think there are zero consequences to the way things are produced?

@@BlueNorth313 chemistry & biochemistry double majored, and theoretical chemist working in intermediate chemistry for advanced organic synthesis here. It's deeper than you think, in short answer is it's a scam. If you want the long explanation, you wouldn't even begin to formulate the questions necessary to even find answers... but who are we kidding you don't have the intrested or care to look into chemistry sustainability for what it is ( and that not a crack at your intelligence, you simply don't really care). It's a counterintuitive thing... you know what counterintuitive means right? By chasing sustainability you make things worse, in short... it's just complex with knowing you. As an example it's like government aid for people, they tax you to help the homeless, and you may think it's moronic to not accept more taxes to help those in need, or tax the rich. But.... In reality out side the psyops, taxing the rich only makes them leave to other areas where taxes are lower because ultimately rich do not pay taxes mo matter how much you stress them, they will always be smarter to avoid. 2nd by giving more money to homeless it only increases the homeless issue as there is the agencies in charge of managing homeless profit of it , turning each homeless person as live stock. On the surface it looks easy... when you study it and get deep , is extremely complicated

Cost me a lot of money but the minimalist kit is absolutly fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone serious about calisthenics. Such high quality product, safer, non slippery and I tend to get less forearms pain using it. I've been on it for a few month and would NEVER go back to the china mass production crap.

Those seem great! Have you considered adding some markings to the straps? I personally find it hard to get rings perfectly on the same level, and markings help a lot and make it simple (as on Gornation ring straps). Other than that, love all the details! 💪
@Sondre_Berg8 ай бұрын
We also sell what we call the MultiStrap 😊 This has step wise loops with laser engraved markings. Strap material is the same, but buckles are square carabiners.

I’ve followed you for a while and you’re such an inspiration. I’ve gotten incredibly strong over the years and people like you motivate me. My handstand struggles due to lack of shoulder mobility, do you happen to have any advice that could help me with that?

Best of luck. I think it’s great. I wouldn’t totally dismiss the idea of creating a second tier product that uses the same wooden rings and everything above it is much more cheaply sourced. But hey, you’re the boss. Good luck!

Don't listen to the people that complain about the price! As individuals, we should reflect a bit more on our purchases and the ethical value attached to them. Best to buy fewer things but more qualitative and made by people you trust and respect.

No problems with false grip and the half rings? I would prefer regular rings. I have lightweight plastic ones for on the go.

Nope, at least not with a correct false grip 😊 We’ve had plenty of people testing it.

As soon as your hear "eco friendly " you know it's over priced. Very cool design, but stupid price. There's literally nothing to justify that price at all

7/25/2024 Hi Sondre, thanks for the great video on fitness equipment! I really like gymnastic rings. Can you provide any additional recommendations for hanging the gymnastic rings while traveling? When staying in hotels I frequently find my opportunity to train is only early morning or at night (precluding training outdoors in an unfamiliar place) and their gyms have often do not have a place to hang gymnastic rings. Can you provide any additional recommendations for hanging the gymnastic rings while traveling and/or some type of equipment that will allow me to do gymnastic rings exercises from a hotel room or some part of the hotel that will not get me evicted from the premises?

@gregoryoutdoors8 ай бұрын
Way overpriced for what its is, they should be at least 2x cheaper, also I would rather buy just handles since I have a way better strap at home that you can clip both straps around something at whatever height you want without playing and adjusting everything to make it even...
@oscarbear74986 ай бұрын
Too expensive, ridiculously too expensive.... come on. $100 is fine and you would make more money selling more volume than higher prices at less volume
