In this gym ring (gymnastics rings) follow along workout I show you how you can train every muscle group in your body with gymnastics rings in the most efficient way possible.
The gym ring bodyweight follow along workout is for both complete beginners and more advanced athletes and progressions for all the gym ring calisthenics exercises are shown.
With this calisthenics gymnastics ring workout, you will train every single muscle in your body. The exercises use in this workout are carefully chosen to be measurable, level adjustable and scalable to ensure the most optimal workout possible.
Super sets of push and pull exercises are used to reduce the required time. As such the workout can be performed in as littel time as possible.
A superset for bodyweight leg workout is also used that will hit your entire legs. these calisthenics leg exercises might be the most effective ones out there.
