The wound on his hand occurred by being bitten by his rescue dog Roxy prior to his repose. He loved rescuing neglected and abused dogs.. This wound on his hand, a bite mark, not only was there when he reposed, but as I understand it by those closest to Vladyka Dmitri, the wound actually HEALED itself post-mortem, and was visibly seen by everyone present once his holy relics were exhumed. So not only is he incorrupt, but his physical bodily wound healed itself as if he were still alive. Yes, his vestments rotted away, but his body remained in better condition in the tomb than his vestments did! Also.. the funeral staff was aghast to see this unexplainable phenomenon. Evidently, a certain employee of Restland (funeral home) was told, "Sometimes in the Orthodox tradition, the bodies of the faithful are incorrupt." She did not pay much heed to these words, finding them strange and difficult to believe. However.. when Vladyka Dmitri was exhumed, she turned white as a sheet. God is a mystery! Glory to God in His Saints! forgive me.

Texas does not require vaults but cemeteries may package a sale with ‘required’ - but not by law -vaults. If possible, churches and orthodox individuals and families might consider secure and negotiate designated private section burial conforming to orthodox tradition.

I’ve just started going to church for about 1 week. My priest was introduced to the faith from archbishop dimitri. God bless him, you and all of those who learn about the faith ☦️. I am waiting for dimitri to get sainthood. ☦️☦️

Father, I thought the catachombs were similar to the vaults. I'm now not sure if this is against Orthodox canon. Can someone confirm please if you know? Thank you. And thank you Father for this amazing video! Glory to God!
