I used to travel this line with my parents from keighley to blackpool in the 50s, by steam train. Now you have to go via Leeds or get a bus to hebden bridge. then get the train from there. I'm all for it, Im going to become a SELRAP member.

If the Labour government goes ahead with the road bypass it is committing political suicide in this area, with so much MP support. It cannot argue with the case for reopening!
