Thank you, Dr. G! My emotional healing journey over the last 5 years through EMDR therapy, a somatic yoga practice, and adapting an anti-inflammatory diet to calm my nervous system is aligned with the strategy you describe in today's episode. I've learned to feel safe in my body, let go of my sugar addiction to soothe, and never felt as self-assured.
