I absolutely love your content. I’m 47 and wish I could have spent more time throughout my life focusing and developing these skills to mastery instead of dealing with a lifetime of dysfunction, but it’s never to late and change begins now. Thank you Sir. I will keep dabbling in each demonstration and master the power and position variations to transform my own circumstances. Your my favorite teacher on KZbin because of how you go into great detail to explain. Thank you!!

Unfortunately we're all predisposed to be negative by nature yet it's a personal focus to be the positive. I'm now running and lifting more than I could a year ago. I went from a wheelchair to running no surgery. Returning to the basics of movement to being able to exercise again. I have nothing but praise for what you've shown in the videos. I have a lot more progress to make yet slow and steady wins the race.

I teach just that hip movement concept you showed on the bag all the time to help explain how to generate power into their punch, and kicks and all movement. Nice stuff

What you displayed on the bag, is what I teach in boxing. Toes pointing in the direction of EVERY punch. Would love to take this journey. Plus, I know I can meet all but one of the challenges.. the financial one.

Nice. I do wing chun and the structure that you use to punch the heavy bag is the structure we use to do a punch, especially the 1 inch punch.. You do generate a lot of power.

The way I've seen Bruce do it is not biomechanically similar

This is true beast mode training not just pumping away at one dimensional reductionist exercises as typically practiced by most, great content. I would add to your philosophy getting out in nature and doing primal movements common to all primates like climbing, jumping, crawling, quadrupedal etc making use of whatever the natural environment around you had to offer at 60 I move better than ever now drawing on a lot of ideas from your content and others into primal natural movement. The journey is wild. Primal and very productive and doesn’t involve any gym “bro “ training in artificial environments! My goal you could say in a way is basically to become chimpanzee fit ha ha! Keep up the great content!

What's the name of that roll around the bar thing you do at the end where you also did a clap? It looks similar to Skin The Cat, only it's done above the bar rather than below it. I have an easy time doing skin the cat, I imagine this is a bit harder, but I'd like to give it a go... what's the name of it? I'd like to check out some tutorials first. :)

@@LeeWeiland I learned it since commenting (I do it in the most recent Shorts on my channel), just can’t do the explosive dip into a clap. :p

Have you trained JKD? That jab looked mroe JKD like than typical boxing like with the vertical fist and leading with the right. :)
