Ngl i find it strange how many people are acting like Khamzat has zero chance on the feet. Dude has shown legit KO power, And Rob has always had sort of a questionable chin. I think more people need to take the chance that Khamzat actually knocks Rob out more seriously, Not saying thats gonna happen for sure, I still think Rob obviously has a good chance to win tho, But if Chimaev does manage to win somehow, I hope people actually give Khamzat credit, Instead of turning their backs on Rob and saying Khamzat "Beat a washed up Whittaker" Just so they can make his win seem less impressive somehow. I don't get what Guru's talking about with Chimaev's performances not looking that good, Usman fight is legit his worst performance and he still had his way with Usman in the wrestling department. The Burns fight was actually a pretty impressive performance considering the leap in competition how inexperienced Khamzat was. That fight was a war and Khamzat showed he can overcome adversity and keep coming. He actually showed solid cardio that fight as well, His pace and shot selection in round 3 was what won him the fight. Usman fight was the only time we seen him gas out, So idk where this narrative that Khamzat has zero cardio comes from. And every other fight he has absolutely dominated. NGL if it does become a long fight, I think there's a serious chance Khamzat pulls off another decision win against Rob as well.

Agreed 👍. He's shown that he's able to win/dominate/finish most people in round 1 and that he's still competitive against elite opponents in the latter rounds. He also managed to take down and control Usman in round 3 and was never in any real danger of getting finished. Also, Rob will be forced to spend a lot of energy to survive the wrestling, so people acting like it's a foregone conclusion that Rob easily wins if ut goes past round 2 seems like mostly wishful thinking due to their dislike of Khamzat.

Literally all you did was repeat what all the fan boys said about khamzat bad performances. He went a war with burns which already showed his negative iq, even his coach was yelling at him. His fight with washed, broken knees, old, 10 day notice usman showed his lack of cardio and bad striking. Punchers chance is not a good thing to bet on especially since khamzat is already the favorite lmao

@sjejsj7615 Brawled with Burns, yet still managed to win while increasing his output from each round. Took Burns down even after getting hurt on the feet. Took Usman down and controlled him, even while "gassed" with an injured hand. Usman was on an insane winning streak before he lost his title to Leon, in a fight he was winning before the headkick. Then he had a competitive decision loss in the rematch. Usmans knees were always bad, yet that didn't stop him from performing at the highest level. If his name was Bo instead of Khamzat, you wouldn't be this dismissive of his performances. He's clearly extremely talented.

He took burns down after getting rocked, obviously burns wouldn’t anticipate a takedown when they were slugging it out. He took down Usman but he got destroyed rounds 2 and 3. Hand injuries happen all the time, stop the excuses. Usman is literally washed, old, broken knees, 10 day notice and up a weight class. I don’t even like Bo nickel either. Khamzat talent is garbage and he profits off being Muslim and just the whole mountain wrestling gimmick

@sjejsj7615 It's a bit much to say he got destroyed in rounds 2 and 3. It's simply not true. When you get destroyed and gassed for real you're not able to take down and control your opponent, and win rounds of him. Look at Michelle Pereira vs Fluffy Hernandez, that's what it looks like when someone gasses out and gets destroyed. What makes him dangerous is his insane wrestling/grappling ability, and that he's still able to be competitive and hit takedowns, etc, in the latter rounds even though he's slowing down. Add the KO-power to a solid chin and heart, and he's a dangerous opponent for anyone at 185.
