I read an interview with Sean where he said he was hiding batteries in his shoes and pushing the safe buttons when nobody was looking in the Heist mission. THAT is the type of stuff I wanted to see in the finale - hopefully Netflix will share some of that footage eventually.

I messaged Sean on social media about clues, and he said that they did a reunion that talked about clues in the episodes, but it didn’t make the cut. He did say that Netflix would do a bts later showing the clues in the episodes. So there were clues.

I mean, the giant "male" symbol in the crop circles at the very start, which is a clue they took from one of the Belgian seasons and which immediately reduced my suspect list to six people, might've been a step too far for me...

I had completely written Sean off because I thought he was doing too much to try to make the others think it was him. So in that sense I was shocked by the reveal. I did also have the same note about him “randomly” removing one of the three correct pictures though. I agree I was underwhelmed by the finale. We’ve had loud/hiding in plain sight moles before but I personally don’t enjoy that playstyle as much as a covert mole. When they went over his sabotages throughout the season I’m like “that’s it?” Some of them I would barely count and none were very exciting to me. Sean did a fine job, but I was hoping for anyone else to be the mole lol. And in some ways Michael was a better mole haha. I’m happy for him as a winner because he played well and he was my second favorite (and crush 😍) of the season. But him beating out Muna who was my fave the whole season was so disappointing to me. I was devastated that Muna was neither the winner nor the mole. This season was solidly okay but a step down from season one of the Netflix version imo. This season peaked in the first batch of episodes and the back half of the season was a bit lackluster. I agree they need to stop giving them missions where they can take money out of the established prize pot. That we went down to $0 halfway through was not fun and it made the first (and better) half of the season feel unnecessary. The final two episodes only having two total missions that both flopped was also disappointing. I miss the Three Questions mission and then an epic final challenge. Even last season had them running around in tuxes escaping drones. I also would’ve liked them to show us more scenes of the cast bonding and their social dynamics. One of my favorite scenes of the season was in the first episode when they showed Jen and Hannah and Tony all choosing to room together which laid the groundwork for Jen’s decisions and foreshadowed Hannah and Tony hooking up. Michael and Sean did feel pretty connected throughout the season so there was at least a through line there, but I don’t really know how anyone else got on with them other than Q being so sure it wasn’t Sean lol. Did either Muna or Ryan (the other two to watch Sean’s video) ever talk about what they saw with him? We don’t know. I also would love for them to show us all of the quiz questions again. I’d like to play along even more!

The reunion thing I was talking about did happened, and some of the clues actually made the Final Cut leading it to be Sean. In episode 2 during the first exemption challenge their was a jellyfish sign that said “Sting Warning” which led to Sean being an undercover cop In Episode 3, the poker chip lead to Sean being for Vegas In episode 9, one of the artifacts that had hands, that were actually Sean’s hands that casted/molded into looking like a sculpture

I really enjoyed this season, although I wished they utilised the corrections a bit more. I had Sean picked as the mole from the first round of episodes, and when I heard there was a double elimination, I was sure it was Deanna and Ryan going due to their quieter edits, which is typical of players who get taken out by a twist.

There were many clues that showed Sean was the mole! For example, many poker chips, and gambling items, in the heist mission, and Sean is from Vegas

I did pick the mole from the 2nd batch of episodes but only because i went back to get evidence on someone else. 😅 Once you know who it is, it's a lot of fun to watch. I encourage everyone to rewatch! Totally agree with you about the missed opportunity of the finale. It could have been a full hour of what everyone was thinking and i would have been glued. Thanks for your wonderful videos!

I liked Ari, I think he had an “evil villain” look, and he seemed to be having fun the whole time I Hated de Michel won. I do recognize that he played a good game pretending to be the mole and finding the mole. But the sabotaged so much all the missions. If it was up to him, there would be no money at the end I like Sean as a mole, better than Kesi. I think the cast as a hole was way better. In last season, before the final two episodes, everyone knew it was kesi. But this time, I saw people going for everyone (Ryan, Deanna, Micheal, Sean, Muna)

Well, as someone who just binge-watched all ten episodes... adding spoiler spaces here... * * * I did really think they improved on a lot of things from the first season, especially the editing. I still don't like the number of confessionals (isn't the whole point of The Mole that you don't know what people are thinking? This feels like a holdover from Survivor that just doesn't work here.) I hate that once again there's an opportunity to take money from the pot, and nobody can do anything about it. If the Mole can take money from the pot this easily, what's the point of sabotaging the missions at all? The money doesn't matter. That said, it never got to WIDM-levels of aggravation for me. I guess it's just a thing I've learnt to accept. And I really liked the casting this season. Lots of colourful personalities here. Some good challenges too. If you can nail those two things, the season will generally be pretty enjoyable, and this one was. As to the finale... I largely agree... I'd love there to be a separate finale episode that had all the details such as quiz results, hidden secrets, etc. I thought Sean was a good Mole although way, way, way more obvious than last season's. He was at the top of my suspect list in Episode 1, mostly because of his hidden edit and poor challenge performance (plus the super-obvious "male" symbol in the crop circles that was a clue that a Belgian season used also and that meant I never suspected any of the females.) By the end of the first episode I'd basically narrowed things down to Tony, Michael and Sean just on editing and challenge performance alone. And of those three, Sean stood out as the obvious suspect from the start. My suspicions went more onto Michael in the next couple of episodes, but by the end of Ep 4, I was very confident locking in Sean as my Mole. (Last season I wasn't that confident in Kesi until the elimination at final five.) I realise that not everyone will agree, but when you have your suspect list basically narrowed down to two suspects by the end of the second episode, things are probably more obvious than they need to be. Anyway, I did enjoy this season way more than last one, even though I knew who the Mole was for most of it. Sometimes it happens sometimes that when you know who the Mole is, you can enjoy just watching them in action and seeing how much you can spot about what they do. That was my mindset for this one. Wish I could've watched it live with you guys but I just didn't have the opportunity until this weekend. Here's to season 3!
