This is so true!! When I found out the ex girlfriend I loved got engaged, I froze - and just decided to go for a walk (having never gone for walks previously). From then on, the remunating thoughts I had each day, I allocated to my walk in the great outdoors God gave us. You then begin to realise what a gift we have. Thanks Hans - your videos have helped me turn my life around and find the way back to Jesus.

Walking is my meditation! My soul is on fire when I walk, sometimes I walk so much that my body screams "take me home now"! I love everything about walking. I am lucky enough to live in a small enough that I can walk to work, how cool is that?!

As I walk, I make it a point to identify certain birds, look for what is blooming now, etc. If you have a friend who needs a mental lift, take them along and help them by pointing out various things as you walk. Be sure take time to look "far into the distance" as you walk as this is a great exercise for the eyes if you spend a lot of time in front of a computer. Embrace the weather, no matter what it is doing. Just dress appropriately and bring water. There are a lot of books and material on how to select the best walking shoes, what to do if you experience pain while walking, the best way to start a walking routine, etc. If you have a physical handicap, just getting outdoors to get some fresh air can work wonders all by itself.

@@carefulcarpenter ❤️The wisdom of love - like realizing God - is best experienced than stated, but I would say LOVE CREATES & HEALS ALL - it’s wisdom wo the need of thought. It is being & healing ❤️‍🩹 in action Thru the heart not intellect. That’s why every one understands it & why love is the universal language - bc God is love and we are all of God I think the simplest way to understand the wisdom of love I found is that whenever I was at my lowest in life , on my knees, I would always look to help those less fortunate than myself - and then as I lifted their spirits the giving lifted my spirits. To me once we realize how we lift ourselves by lifting others through the GIFT 🎁 OF OUR LOVE ❤️- that is the Ultimate Wisdom - bc we can then see how giving love can create more perfect world by raising all our vibrations thru the giving of unconditional love. That’s y Christ said Serving others is the highest path one can take. Y he said as you treat the least of my brothers so you treat me. We are all one and all is love ❤️ Give to receive. We reap what we sow. Love is the simplest and most profound wisdom bc it requires no real thought it is all felt thru the heart. That’s why Jesus’s teachings were really only all about love - the Golden Rule - “Do unto others as you….” And forgiveness which is another more important form of love ❤️ That’s y it’s said Jesus sits on the right side of the Father - it is metaphor to teach us that us that we can only come to God / love thru the right side of our 🧠 brain. The right side is our creative/ heart ❤️ side our left side is the intellectual side of the brain Left is to work / survive in the world 🌎 the matrix - logic. But the right side - creative / heart helps us transcend the everyday ordinary to God Love & Spirit. We cant come to love ❤️ or God by “understanding” it or looking for evidence only by direct experience - if you’ve ever been in or received love or the simple smile from a stranger you know what I mean. Ever notice how Downs Syndrome children while low on intellect are happier than most all college grads or everyone ? Bc they live thru their hearts - our brains thoughts only get in the way of love & bliss. That’s the whole point of meditation is to clear our mind of thoughts / thinking our view of realty so we may experience realty directly which is GOD / LOVE ❤️ Well that’s just about my 2 cents on the wisdom of love ❤️ Hope it helps and may God bless you with an abundance of love always brother ❤️😉😊🙏🏼

Great reminder about walking. This is probably why a lot of people pace in the house when they worry about something. They should go out for a walk instead. I run with my dog each morning. I recently became aware I smile a lot during these runs with my dog. I previously did not realize my face was/is smiling.

Hello my friend, I believe now that if you walk as much as you can bearfoot, in nature, without the insulation of your shoes, specially rubber, it revitelizes your entire being, just by being in contact with Mother Earth. The negative ions that are just over the surface of the ground, enter your body through your skin contact, and neutralize the unwanted free radicals in your body, among other healing astounding benefits. What do you know or think about this? Thank you for your video once again

Mr. Wilhelm I understand it's a suggestive invitation, but thought forms exist outside along with plenty of negative entities and people in league with them whom are creating new karma for the sake of loosh, for me at the begining of covid in 2020 to present I 've noticed wether walking or jogging a quarter mile or six miles in every season everywhere, I'm assaulted physically and spiritually in a legal loophole sense rarely illegal too. I'm a new soul and even if I've made mistakes regarding societal indoctrination or peer preassure exibited at a younger state I can honestly look back and conclude it isn't karma as to why I can't go for a simple walk, I doubt you'll read this, but lets assume a thought cloud is created for the sake of reaching you to one day in the near future talk about what happens to those in whom side with evil whom continue to abuse for the sake of loosh and their faustian deal. It's not life trying to tell me anything either otherwise I wouldn't need to write this comment. If anyone does go out for a walk and is unscathed please don't take it for granted if you are a decent person, Source knows I also concluded npc's, evil people, and the mundane aren't affected the same way, but I do have contempt for them placing themselves as hinderances and abuser were ever I walk or express action.
