Grandpass, Peter and the 11 taught prophecy. Our Apostle Paul taught mystery, meaning new revelations that he received by divine revelation from Jesus Christ. There are two gospels recorded in the NT. There is the gospel of the kingdom which Jesus, Peter and the 11 taught and there is the gospel of the grace of God that only Paul taught. Denominations such as the CoC combine these two gospels. I am asking Don Blackwell to debate me about the two gospels.

Nancy, God's word tells us to rightly divide the word of truth, the gospel of our salvation. II Timothy 2:15, Ephesians 1:13-14. That means that we should divide the gospel of the kingdom from the gospel of the grace of God. That is what I want to debate Don Blackwell about

Joe Jackson, if you are upset about that then you really should be upset that the CoC and other denominations combine the two gospels recorded in the NT and preach their own combo gospel That is why we have so many denominations. Every denomination preaches their own combo gospel. The two gospels are the gospel of the kingdom and the gospel of the grace of God.

They are shepherded by Elders-1 Tim 5:17&Titus1:7 in each congratulation whose job it is to see that the Spiritual needs are met and that the Gospel is being taught accurately according to the Scriptures since they will be held accountable for the souls of the flock-Hebrews 13:17. The members of the (body) churches of Christ call themselves Christians since Antoch-Acts 11:26 during the life of the Apostle Paul in the 1st century AD. The church began on the 'Day of Pentecost-Acts 2. Many denominations do not believe baptism to be a necessary part of Salvation but Acts 2:38, The Ethiopian Eunich-Acts 8:26-40, Cornelius and his household,-Acts 10, Saul who later became the Apostle Paul-Acts 9:10-21, The Philipian Jailor-Acts 16:25-40..Mark 16:15-16. We must hear the Gospel-"Faith cometh by hearing" Believe-That Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Repent of sins and turn to God. Confess faith in Jesus Christ. Be Baptized (immersion in water) symbolizes the washing away of sins by the blood of Christ. Then "we walk in newness of life-Romans 6:4. Col.1-10, 1Thessalonians 2:12,

David, maybe the church is all water and no gospel. I Corinthians 15:1-4 tells us that we are saved by believing the gospel of the grace of God. Maybe, the church should preach Ephesians 1:13-14 where God's word tells us that we are sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption when we believe the gospel of the grace of God. Do you honestly believe that you contact the blood of Jesus Christ in your baptistry water? That sounds a lot like what the Roman Catholic Church says. They say that the bread is Christ's actual body and the wine in Christ's actual blood.

David, Christ's blood forgave the sins of the world. It is through our belief of the gospel of the grace of God that we are saved. I Corinthians 15:1-4. Ephesians 1:13-14 says that when we believe the gospel of the grace of God that we are sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. The gospel of the kingdom had what you call the great commission. Under the gospel of the grace of God we have the Ministry of Reconciliation. II Corinthians 5:18-21. Under the gospel of the grace of God we have Spirit baptism as seen in I Corinthians 12:13 whereby we are baptized into the body of Christ. The Jews were baptized in the gospel of the kingdom because they are to be future priests under that gospel. Under that gospel Jesus Christ is their High Priest. That is why Christ was baptized -to fulfill all Righteousness as their High Priest. Under the gospel of the kingdom they were saved by believing that Jesus Christ was their Messiah. They believed that He had come to establish the earthly kingdom. He was also their High Priest, Prophet and King. Jesus Christ is not our High Priest. He is not our King. If you want to speak about water baptism then you really should know the purpose of water baptism. For the Jews water baptism was a ceremonial cleansing. Acts 2:38 water baptism signified that they believed on Christ. There are many verses in the books of Matthew through John speaking of believing in, on or through the name of Jesus. They were saved by believing on His name, and water baptism was a required expression of their belief.

Free will gives you the opportunity to believe anything that you want to believe. It also gives you the ability to not believe anything. I believe God's word of I Corinthians 15:1-4 where I am told that I am saved by my belief of this gospel. I believe Ephesians 1:13-14 where God's word says that the Holy Spirit seals me until the day of redemption when I believe the gospel of the grace of God. You don't have to believe I Corinthians 15:1-4 or Ephesians 1:13-14. You don't have to believe I Corinthians 3:10-15 where God's word tells me that I will have rewards for sharing the gospel of the grace of God with others. God has allowed me to share the gospel of the grace of God with you today.

Alex, Pentecost was the celebration of God giving the law and the Penetuch to Moses on Mount Sinai. Acts 2:14 ye men of Judah Acts 2:23 ye men of Israel If Acts Chapter 2 is your church then why is Peter never mentioned after Acts Chapter 15? It was 8 years from Acts Chapter 2 to Acts Chapter 10 and the story of Cornelius. Are you saying that God is that slow in getting the gospel to the Gentiles? Two gospels are recorded in the NT. There is the gospel of the kingdom for the Jews and the gospel of the grace of God which only Paul taught. Denominations combine the two gospels. They say that the church started on Pentecost. Have you never wondered why there are so many denominations in the world and your denomination is the ONLY right denomination? I want to debate Don Blackwell about the two gospels. Marshall, you ask why follow scriptures. It is the word of God, which is the word of truth. We must know God's plan for us. Once we are sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption we are children of God for all eternity. Satan has those who are ignorant of scripture denying the soul saving power of God. The ignorant say that no one can be saved and forever be saved. I was previously ignorant of scripture. However, when I found that I was saved by the gospel of I Corinthians 15:1-4 I had a thirst for the truth of God's word. Satan's goal is to separate us from God. Satan does this by creating all of the denominations. This separates us by separating denomination from denomination. I wrote a 35 page paper that had 20 differences between the gospel of the grace of God and the gospel of the kingdom. I sent this paper to over 250 preachers of my former denomination. I asked for them to only preach the gospel of the grace of God and not combine it with the gospel of the kingdom. They all denied my request. One preacher that I spoke with said that his congregation couldn't handle the truth. He also said that his congregation used the church building like a Sunday Morning Social Club. He told me the truth in that he admitted to not rightly dividing the word of truth, the gospel of our salvation. I gave my paper to a Baptist pastor and I asked him if my paper was correct. He said that my paper was correct. He told me the truth. Salvation is not a team sport. Satan wants you to believe that it is a team sport. Satan wants you to debate other denominations that combine the two gospels of the New Testament and preach a combo gospel. II Timothy 2:15 tells us to rightly divide the word of truth. Ephesians 1:13-14 tells us that the word of truth is the gospel of our salvation. It says that we are sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption when we believe the gospel of the grace of God. Yes, Satan loves division. You will have to choose between trusting God's word or trusting Satan's ministers. II Corinthians 11:14-15. Are denominational ministers the ministers of Satan or of God?

Debate the gospel. I Corinthians 15:1-4 says that we are saved when we believe the gospel of the grace of God. Denominations such as the CoC combine the gospel of the kingdom with the gospel of the grace of God. They say that our church started on Pentecost, when our church really started with the apostle Paul. The CoC say that their members need to... Hear...hear what? Believe... believe what? Repent... repent of what? Confess...confess what? Be water baptized...be baptized for what? Live a faithfull life...what is a faithfull life? At what point does one become saved by the set of directions that the CoC tells their members to do? My mother is a member of the CoC and she says that she will have to wait until she dies to see if she is saved. How sad is that?
