Make sure you add at leat 2h to that amount of sleep you're getting bro, otherwise all your discipline, motivation, and commitment will burn you out in the long term (1year at most), or will downgrade your mental and physical capabilities. Stay safe

Wish that we could sleep for eight hours every day, but school, and all these things behind us, life is tough. Also, if you go to bed early, before ten, you don't need that much sleep.

@kornel1942 you definitely can! You can go to sleep between 21:30/22 am wake up between 5:30/6 so you make sure those hours are in. I definitely understand the pressures coming from different parts of our life, responsibilities, wishes, anything like that, but if you prioritise correctly (here I mean prioritising sleep) you can manage all the other stuff in a more effective and better way. Not sleeping enough is like doing everything with a huge handicap, only that you chose not sleeping, so you could easily remediate it. I know it can be difficult just trusting me, however I speak from both experience and science. I recommend "Why we sleep?" By Mathew Walker. He's 1000 time better at explaining what I've said previously and he has all the facts backing it up. I've been promoting this "sleeping culture" among my friends, and is like rediscovering some of them. Since they started sleeping at least 8h, and they've been aware of their sleeping schedules a day does not go by where they observe the huge difference in their entire performance and capabilities when they have slept and when they haven't.

@ I think at least trying to hold the urge as long as possible can be beneficial. We weren’t mast**bating when we were kids and we were truly happy. So giving it a shot at least one time can be really great who knows ? I stopped watching po*n a long ago but it was really tough and took time. Now if I need to mast**bate I’m only using my imagination which is actually even better ahahah. From my experience, I was way more sad when I was using po*n (video games too). I recommend you to try to stop as long as you can. I’m not a scientist but it helped me so maybe it will help you too.

Lol I know 99% of these are fake but I guess this one seemed relatively real and believable. Especially since you aren't just farming TikTok views or something. I hope you're doing okay. But essentially what you said I'd sum up as a variation of the Serenity Prayer. "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot control; Courage to control the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference."
