Can we get a lesson on different anti lag strategies and how to tune them? Especially the bypass strategy style, It's very hard to find information outside of " it has a valve that puts air in the manifold"

You should do a video about the rocket anti-lag setup developed for Subaru by Prodrive! External combustion engine combined perfectly with an internal combustion engine.
@mattiasandersson34445 жыл бұрын
Lol You are talking about the simplest ALS setup that has been used for more than 30 years, he described it before he describe the modern form of ALS strategy with air going direct to the exhaust manifold instead of going through the engine...or do you think Prodrive has been to the moon with their "rocket" als strategy ? looool

@@mattiasandersson3444 haha don't worry I can tell you have no idea what you're talking about! Do some more research first! Prodrive system produces full boost at IDLE

@@JustNieman lol my syvecs ecu in my built cdb ej257 do that too. Most aftermarkets ecu do that without problem. I have 25 psi AT IDLE in my STI and your are a fucking idiot if you think prodrive and there ecu are the only People that can do that. Looool Have you lived in a cave the latest 10 years? Its really avious that you have if you think that is something special.... Hahahahaha
@tbtstt5 жыл бұрын
The "Rocket" was/is really just refined variation on what is being described here, except Prodrive fabricated a combustion chamber into the system. The "Rocket" setup is actually pretty simple engineering and was on the threshold of the WRC regulations. Oh, and as good as I am sure your build is, you REALLY need to do some research before you compare it to a WRCar setup.
@mattiasandersson34445 жыл бұрын
@@tbtstt i f you dont knew it already i can tell tou theres absolutely no need for a fucking combustion chamber to get full boost on idle and that was the only fucking thing i compared, cause i have full boost at idle in my streetcar STI-16 with Syvecs ECU and 705 bhp. So if some one shall read so is it you when you Think thats so fucking fantastic….lol

Interesting video as always! Although you do mention the rallycross rules allow for a 2l engine, WRC cars since 2011 including the Polo WRC ran a 1.6l engine, so the differences I'd imagine go beyond just the turbo restrictor size?
