If you turn off "avoid creeper", the guns will move horizontally into the creeper at a low altitude, which can be good if you have ridiculously tall pillars of creeper with sheer sides like in the center of this map.

I'm picturing the cannons singing Primo Victoria as they charge into the middle. Also, that central emitter was it's own worst enemy with how much anti-creep it produced.

Tom, you can assign erns before the portal is built, but they wont activate until its finished building. It helps getting them assigned early so you dont have an empty portal and erns waiting to move to it

If you want an actual maze map (where you can't just jump over the walls), look for the Cornucanis maps. Much like Play-As-Creeper, Cornucanis-style maps were a big thing in CW3 and have started to appear in CW4 as well.

ACKSHUALLY the emit mode in the bottom left means there is a creeper cap for the map, so most of the emitters weren't emmitting if there was over ~220k creeper

This is a great map and video Im not even sure if its on purpose from the creator's idea, and im dont think tom fully noticed it (or even if thats entirely how the mechanics work) but the game has hard limits on what can spawn. The reason those first few emitters doing 50 every .5 seconds did such... pathetic creep production was because the map was already at full. Its also why the AC started to get pushed back. As more and more land was taken, rather than the creep cap being spread around between all 70 emitters, the stronger ones in the middle were finally able to ramp up to full production. Those middle emitters on a normal designed map would have ABSOLUTELY made it unplayable, because the spikes tom claimed might have been eggs or singularities were actually from 9999999.0 strength emitters he noticed The game has mechanics in place keeping creep from just snowballing out of control for players that personally play slower or ones on 4x speed. That 9999999 emitter was actually so strong that it was partially destroying its own creep to keep within the games limits TL:DR, the more tom nullified creeper, the stronger what was left got

Hey Tom, I would like to suggest you try the maps from GuardianDragonLord. Thay are brutally hard. Unfortunately thay are very heavy for your PC, but if you want have something that looks relatively easy, but becomes very hard very fast.. Try those "At the end creeper win round #" maps.
