I highly recommend switching your radar to the square instead of round, it makes it way easier to read because nothing gets smooshed, and you get access to missile launch window indicators. It'll likely take a tiny bit to get used to, but on the whole, it's a massive improvement. I could never go back

i think the launch window still exists in the round radar but its harder to see. When you lock someone you will see 2 lines, 1 very close as the minimum range and one very far as the maximum but that one often starts outside of the radar scope and they both get closer as the target gets closer

its a lot better than the f16 stock grind you get a better stock missile and you get hmd and with a better radar missile it is still very painful but imo it's not that bad but I haven't been able ot play for a month due to macbook skill issue + gaijin moment

I got the MiG-29 German one, not the G, the first German one and loved the stock grind tbh, it wasn't hard at all and felt very rewarding tbh
