Thumper has 120 hp, which means Outlaw 2, Shadow and Roadkill share the same hp. Axel I think has 130 but feels weaker for some reason. Thumper also has the slowest special recharge rate right behind Grimm.

Yes, Outlaw 2 as well as Roadkill, Shadow and Thumper all have EXACTLY the same amount of armor (2 stars). Axel has just a bit more and shares it with Hammerhead (3 stars)

good god Thumper was a fun character to go through tournament with. i was honestly surprised with 2 specials he got through a bit more than half of Dark Tooth's HP, crazy. and yes, this game loves to just eat inputs and not do anything lmao. i dont know if its ever happened for you, but in some occasions the game likes to just veer you left or right without even inputting those directions. cant wait to see Spectre!

Coming from TM3, I expected Thumper would be an easy character to play as in TM2. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw those health bars dropping to a half or lower.

Thumper special was just broken in TM2. He was how I beat the game as a kid the first time at like 6 years old. Nostalgia overload xD! The PW system is because if you don't beat the game In Three lives you technically didn't beat the game. It just harkens back to old school game design. so they don't let you instant restart by design. Plenty of games by this time did have level restarts.

Thumpers special in TM2 was insane also it was easier to fry people with it than in TM1 where it was difficult to get close enough. I like both versions of Thumper but in TM2 hes too powerful Axls special was way too good also

Thumper's special is a very special one (dumb pun intended) Personally, it's one of the few specials I have to wait for a (fairly) good moment to use it and take as most advantage as I can. Hey Nick! Which character do you have most fun with? Shadow or Thumper???

Aye, I agree. This character is beyond rarted. Like, it is not even funny. Freeze someone and they are instantly dead. Not only that, but ram a light vehicle from the side or trap a heavy vehicle and they are toast too. HOWEVER, you require using your special meter on most cases, so that puts Thumper one notch below the two other extremely broken vehicles in TM2: Shadow and Axel.
