It does say on the Lend Lease Act that taking the Neutrality Act drastically increases the requirements to pass the Lend Lease Act, from what I can read when I paused the video when you hovered over it, you couldn't choose it because no other major democratic nation is at war or has more than 0% surrender progess.

B-29’s were actually really effective at defending themselves over Japan when compared to B-17’s over Europe.

Japan had a few thousand aircraft relegated to home defense, problem was most couldn’t climb to the B-29’s operating height, and those that could were usually shot down. I compared them to the B-17’s because the idea of bombers not being able to defend themselves stems from the operations of the 8th Air Force over the Reich.

They are so horribly under powered. I kind of feel like a nuke should be much harder to build but when you use them they: 1. Delete every unit on the tile it hits. (no de org crap, the unit is literally gone as if it was overrun) 2. Remove ALL buildings on that tile (again it can't be repaired, everything on that tile needs to be built from scratch.) 3. Disregard the population of that tile as counting towards your manpower. 4. Each time a players core territory is hit with a nuke it reduces their war support by 10% 5. If your capital is hit with a nuke, it's a one time 40% war support loss.

The Soviets couldn't even win a war of attrition (something that they're supposed to be good at), and heck they even declare war on Japan considering the fact that they couldn't even handle one front. Also, Italy is very useless as long as you maintain naval supremacy and a solid amount of troops on their border. Their national spirit "Vittoria Mutilata" makes the AI very offensive-focused. Everytime they attack (even on forts) might mean that they can break through after some time.

@@QuantumShock1 Thats the thing the first nukes weren't that damaging. A tile in this game is a significant amount of land, one nuke like the ones dropped in Japan shouldn't wipe out all divisions. There should be either: stronger nuke variants or the deployment of 8 or more nukes in a tile completely deletes everything like you say.

When you choose Neutrality Act you need a major nation with the same ideology to have at least one point towards surrender before you do Lend Lease focus. Otherwise you can only easily lend lease to Chiang Kai Shek's China with Lady Wu as advisor and USA side of China's foreign development focus tree acivated.

I have always wondered about the one division trick and building up your division size as big as possible. considering you spend upwards of 90 xp to max out that division, do you really earn enough xp through this trick to offset that 90? is there a possibility that if you end up at war sooner you may not earn that exp back and may have been better suited to go ahead and leave the division at a smaller size anyways?

Fun fact: we simply do not know how many people died in WW2. Records where lost, many deaths where simply not recorded. Estimates depend on who you ask and vary by millions. It hinges on what you count. Would you cound deaths atributable to famine? do you count deaths atributable to desises spread by the war? do you count the deaths caused by the intentional flooding of the rivers in china? Rough estimate between 40-100 million.
