Honestly my off the rack dress shirts fit amazing. I just buy the slimmest fit. Shirts that fit me as if they are tailored and you should try are Calvin Klein extreme slim fit, Vince camuto slim fit, and Hugo boss slim fit.

from an actual tailor: dress pants should follow the natural shape and fall with an unbroken crease to the top of the ARCH of the foot.. the skinny, tapered, ankle hugging suit pants youre wearing are the result of a niche trend that has already gone out of style and only makes you look like your clothes don't fit and... that you don't know what you're doing..

If anyone lives in Chicago there is a store called Last Chance - its clothes from Nordstrom's that you buy but cant return. I bought some shoes for 42.00 that sell last season for 200. I bought a Hugo Boss suit that cost over 1000 for 200...but there is even cheaper clothes but the thing is there is no return policy - but they have fitting rooms.
