Probably added an extra $20,000-$30,000 to the cost of Production and it was worth every single penny because my god that man seems insufferable. I mean he is just a bully who really seems to enjoy going full contact on the stunt men but throws a tantrum and storms off to his trailer when they finally get sick of his crap and return the favor. He’s an a$$hole who doesn’t understand or simply just doesn’t care that his ego and childish behavior puts the stuntmen at unnecessary risk of injury. Especially considering that having to take time off from work to heal from such an injury means loss of income/ability to pay their bills. All simply because Seagal likes to throw his weight around instead of doing the fight scenes properly/safely.

@@cyanidegrapes Nah, that's a common theme with stories about Africa (real or fictional): UN shows up, does nothing; or UN shows up, starts shooting The Good Guys, covers it up; or UN was here the whole time, gets their asses handed to them, runs with their tails between their legs, covers it up. There's a very real discussion as to how much of the UN's "help" is just European/American colonization 2.0, but that's not even what they're getting into here; it's just the equivalent of every movie/show where the cops or lawyers "can't do anything to stop" the Bad Guys so the Hero has to take matters into their own hands.

okay, real talk, I like to think of myself as a teacher, Source code is the code you- the programmer- write before it gets compiled and turned into machine code-binary code, the 1s and 0s and shit like that that computers use. And I have to imagine because this is all about telecommunications the 3G is like the connection speed of phones and stuff like 3G, 4G and 5G. So I think the whole sub plot of making the 'source code of the 3G public' is kinda like making it free and available for every cell carrier to implement in their wireless plans.

This is the most comprehensive breakdown of the story I've seen yet. There was SO much more to this movie than I'd seen in other reviews... while at the same time there is still nothing to this movie!

the amount of china simping in this film is hideous. Just the sign of a flag of china to stop people from firing upon you is some next-level subservience i didn't know possible

That's a hilarious way to describe it 😂 Very good

A lot of these chinese propaganda stupid movies do that. Always a scene where they use the Chinese flag or state their Chinese and are awed at

Thank you Mista GG for using that musical intro again. It feels good and nostalgic whenever I see it in a new video

Wait is this whole movie just propaganda for Chinese 3G networks? Was this movie widely distributed and marketed in the third world? Also the whole "misunderstanding and thinking that a group of women mystics was going to sacrifice a child" is just the plot of The Acolyte. Disney writer's rooms are literally on par with Steven Seagal movies.

💯 CCP propaganda but C’mon Disney is uniquely American for better, mostly worse nowadays, but no one does propaganda like Hollywood. I enlisted at 17 it worked on me but those Potemkin bullshite games and competitions China/Russia/Iran do I would’ve went to grad school 20 years earlier rather than deploying for 7 years of the GWOT which spoiler alert Afghanistan was nothing like Rambo.

I can't get over GG's govt name being Michael. Idk what I was expecting but Mike wasn't it. I'll be henceforth and forever more ignoring this true fact in favor of my own headcannon, thank you.

The five note Darude shoutout at 32:13 is so subtle and so hilarious! What a fantastic review of maybe the best Seagal movie (since he's barely in it).
