Danzo was written to be the bad guy. He's a good antagonist for the story, he's like Geoffrey everyone hates him but the character was actually good.

I would've liked him more if he wasn't such an obvious afterthought... Danzo, in the context of his introduction in Shippuden and absence from the grounded politics of Part 1, is just a martyr that was created to bear the sins that would've otherwise been laid on characters we already knew and liked (especially Itachi but also Hiruzen and indirectly Sasuke)

I don't know why fans say that Sasuke is selfish for not fulfilling Itachi's dying wish when Itachi never made such a request to begin with. Hell, Itachi wanted to use the Kotoamatsukami on Sasuke to be a loyal Leaf shinobi in case he would die by Sasuke's hands. That was the reason why Edo Itachi was wondering where Sasuke was and why he didn't go back to Konoha. He probably thought why Kotoamatsukami didn't work.

Itachi was a giant dumbass in OG Naruto. He basically giftwrapped his little brother to the local snake necromancer and alleged pedophile, and if not for Naruto (who he wanted Sasuke to kill), he'd be wearing his skin like a fancy new suit. Even with a freshly awakened Mangekyo and Orochimaru losing his arms, there's no way he would have been able to turn the tables on him like he does in Shippuden (and even then that was partially planned for by Orochimaru). Also, it's nice not to see Boruto slander on a Naruto-centric channel for once. The story is probably the most interesting it's been since Isshiki died, and I still don't think anyone could tell this story better than Kishimoto himself, even if he's decided to go in a somewhat bizarre direction.

I think the reason Itachi's plan makes little sense is because he was almost obviously retconned from being just a menace, to being a caring brother because he was so popular. Kishimoto probably wanted to add a twist to him. People want Itachi to be some like 200 iq dude, but he has no idea how things will play out in reality, like the crow, or putting his brother in a coma, he doesn't fully know he could've gotten out of in a hasty recovery. That clearly doesn't sound like he's in control if Sasuke goes to Orochumaru, the very thing he doesn't want to happen

I don’t know if he actually is but I feel like Hiruzen is pretty controversial in some ways. We had this entire rose colored view of him from part 1 which presents him as a kindly old mentor figure protecting the village (there was still problems like wtf is he doing letting Naruto drink spoiled milk) but then in Shippuden we learn that he was pretty ineffective politically and enabled an entire genocide to happen under his watch which is, oh boy not great.

It was stated that she took exceptionally longer to die because she was an Uzumaki and had a resilient life force. But she was going to die. The character I dislike the most is Madara and I hate that the manga tries to make you empathize with him. He's a self-righteous bastard with a god complex and a terrible plan. Ppl try to blame Tobirama for starting the Uchihas downfall but the responsiblity fall in Madara's actions. Madara saw the Uchiha clan as traitors to himself and everyone seems to forget this fact. When Madara threatened the lifes of ppl, children and his own clan with Kurama that's when the Uchiha started to decline. Tobirama used the Uchiha police force policy to help the Uchiha clan. Madara pretty much wanted to destroy the Uchiha clan for betraying their god. For Danzo it would make more sense if he propagandized an Uchiha uprising to get rid of the police force so his take over can be easier to complete. This time the Uchiha were under government watch 24 hours of the day, an uprising would fail from the start.

We originally had a much longer segment for Neji, but I guess it was cut for time reasons. Naruto being an Asura reincarnation only means he has to work hard, rely on others and fight his best friend to the death. That's who Asura was. He was a dunce, had to train and work hard to keep up with his brother, gain power from others and kill his brother in the end. Being a reincarnation of this guy means you're gonna take Ls a lot and it doesn't mean you're going to become Jesus inherently. You can still die at any point in your life and none of the other Asura/Indra reincarnates where even famous, known Shinobi aside from the two cases we see in the show. About destiny, Naruto's two main themes are overcoming hatred and overcoming destiny. He has to overcome Sasuke's hatred and by doing so, break the cycle of vengeance which Pain talked about and break the cycle of Indra and Asura by doing so. There's more to say, but I don't really want to write too much 😅

12:56 no i dont think tobirama is weak or anything like that hes far from, i just think hes not 10 tails juubito level, and i think when it comes to minato kcm is not as big as a speed amp as it was for naruto, and the fact that he was nerf and only had one arm, meaning tobirama is not as relative, and hes not really relative to hashirama as people seem to think, like in the flashbacks anytime tobirama saw the perfect susanoo and wood golem, hes just forced to sit it out, and despite him supposing to be faster he never is in one of those big madara vs hashirama fights, its because he does not really scale, whereas with minato he was teleporting nibetails attacks and was reacting to it point blank, ninetails being relative to a susanoo with half of its chakra minato reacting to the full thing saving kushina, its also implied like gaining a massive bijuu amp gets rid of the marking of the ftg seal, so the opposite might be true as well and losing a massive amount of bijuu chakra can make the mark leave as well, meaning minato had to run from across the village at that same instance get in, grab kushina, pick her up and jump before the ninetails can make one attack, he was way across the village too, tobirama has great reaction times but even he would struggle to without ftg do sumn like that.

Also, remember in anime, tobirama said the fourth and i can each teleport one tailed beast bomb that, obito had created 4 and trapped them all in a barrier, Minato and tobirama are not stronger than hashirama or madara but are very useful. Tobirama seems to be much stronger than Minato, he was shown moving on par with hashirama , madara's rival several time and even madara said alive real tobirama and hashirama would have beaten sage mode , one eyed rinnegan madara, its in the manga. The only take I disagree with is the Tobirama point, you can debate if the character is “racist” or not but what he was doing to the Uchiha would make the US blush. He set up the Konoha system in place for the oppression of the Uchiha, from placing the clan next to the prisons, making the Uchiha police force, making the clan on the outskirts of the village, etc. It doesn’t matter what his intentions were because the outcome of the situation just created the situation that put Sasuke in where he was in the story. We can say he “grew up in a time where his family members were killed by the Uchiha” but it was the warring states period, we don’t harp of Madara because of how he reacted so why make excuses for him, he has probably also killed many family members, sisters and brothers in his time. Being wary is one thing but systematic oppression is another. Don’t let cool flashy feats or the title “Hokage” fool you, the systems put in place by Tobirama just festered the cycle of hatred further.

Naruto is NOT an underdog, ans for the purposes of this story, Neji WAS right, and here's why.... 1. Narutos birth: he was born to a Shinobi of unmatched talent in Minato and an uzumaki jonin. Even without ever knowing them, they still bequeathed him a lot in terms of Chakra levels to rival the tailed beasts. Narutos entire universe uses Chakra and more Chakra has ALWAYS equated to more power, whether it be physical or ninjutsu or genjutsu. More Chakra is always better for battle meaning thar Naruto being BORN with enough Chakra to make 1000 shadow clones is PRIVILEGE. As well as him being given the strongest tailed beast. And even though kurama hated him for a while, most tailed beasts hate most humans. In fact only a few others have been able to become perfect jinchuuriki, so yea being stuck wit a beast that hates u is bad, but at least he was stuck wit the strongest one, capable of taking 5 others BY HIMSELF. as well as the fact thar Minato being his father means he was in closer proximity to be trained by strong ninja more than anybody else. He basically AUTOMATICALLY got access to Kakashi and jiraiya, both of whom are TOP TIER in konoha. And we've seen time and time again that a strong teacher in Naruto can create strong students. He would've never been able to master 9tails or learn rasengan without either of them, and they are basically family, so he was BORN with the ability to eventually learn from them. Jiraiya is LITERALLY his godfather. Yea he wasn't there in the beginning but it's not like he would've ignored Naruto forever. He was literally protecting him from the akastuki. 2. Heritage: NOT ONLY is Naruto the son of 2 TOP TIER konoha shinobi, one being an uzumaki, but his father was taught by the same person who was taught by the previous hokage. Who was taught by the hokage before him. In fact, out of all 7 hokage, 5 of them are related by blood and All 7 have some connection of either family or sensei/student. And we a know the hokage is the strongest in the village, so CLEARLY there's some advantages to being born into certain clans and having certain teachers. And to top it off, 5 out of 7 hokage are also related to the literal God of the earth. Naruto is the REINCARNATION OF A CHILD OF A GOD❗️even if ashura gave him no power, there's a clear narrative that even though indra starts out stronger, ashura ends of always growing in strength and in the end he always wins, so Naruto was honestly destined to beat Sasuke, he wasn't destined to become best friends, but he was destined to BEAT him, just as the other reincarnations of ashura had beaten indra before. Also the sage literally bequeathed all of his power to ashura and THEN ashura reincarnated, meaning his reincarnations were implied to always gain power. Narutos every power up, is a power up that either somebody in his family had had before, or one of his teachers, who are all extremely close to his family, has had before. Naruto IS NOT an underdog, may not have been destined to be THE top dog in the world, but he would've always been ONE of them ❗️

I think in part 1 naruto was an underdog he had to struggle to do a lot, and i think as far as the status quo in terms of perception from the village, naruto way way too underrated in part 1 like he literally was in the forest just fighting the #1 tails jinchuriki which is the sands ultimate weapon, so in naruto part 1 it was justified, as for part 2 yeah it makes sense right that naruto is kinda gifted with a lot, but naruto didnt casually unlock those abilities and just mastered them immediately , he worked hard to, worked hard for sage mode, rasenshuriken, rasengan, train with the toads, always training doing sumn to improve. Also all of his powerups has massive drawbacks like him using v2 kurama chakra shortened his life, mangled his organs reshape his bones and burn his flesh right off as well as stocking him with so much chakra he couldnt move due to the insane weight, hes going through hell just to mentain a simple 4tails transformation which again proves my point about that great drawback that naruto has to navigate. Now yes i would admit naruto has more than most, but theres no way im gonna accept people saying sakura and rocklee are better options for "main characters" than naruto, the series could only be about naruto as the show was never about hard work trumping natural talent, it was always about the cycle of hatred and breaking that cycle and no one deserve to hate everything and everyone more than naruto tbh he should have hated everyone, but he tried to gain recognition as something more to the village and shinobi and try to end the cycle of hatred, sakura and rocklee could not have ever related to any of the characters naruto could, so yeah maybe rocklee embodies hard work vs natural talent more than naruto( maybe not just giving the benefit of the doubt), but thats not the main them of the show and plus naruto had it worst than all of them.

@@momotheone9700 I see when ur saying but regardless of how hard he worked, Naruto as a series has never been just about hardworking. It'd about CLANS and CHAKRA and power. In this universe YOU NEED a strong clan an strong Chakra to make it far. For example Sakura who had no special genetics was taught by tsunade, a senju most likely taught by other senju and high konoha Shinobi. As well as being taught by hiruzen. This proves that Naruto would've never been even CLOSE to how strong he became without his clans prowess nor his PROXIMITY to the most POWERFUL teachers. This proximity comes from his family. From the fact that his dad is the teacher and student of BOTH of his teachers. Naruto was DESTINED to be the greatest, and without being an uzumaki, with uzumaki Chakra, he would've never been strong enough to make all the clones that he did, all the rasengans he made, which means he'd never have been strong enough to ever take the 9tails Chakra meaning he'd never would've had kcm 1 or 2 unless the 9tails just suddenly started liking him. This means he probably wouldn't have won ANY of the fights he ever won. Maybe your right, and destiny isn't the theme of the show, but regardless Naruto STILL is NOT an underdog lol. He's the privileged orphan, and as OPPOSING as that sounds, he's literally this most privileged orphan in his whole show 🤣💯

@@ramonsanders651 an oximoron, 2 words with opposing meaning used to describe a complex or simple thing, a priviledged orphan, makes sense naruto as a series has always been about contradictions as well. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, art is subjective, i see nothing wrong with naruto having a lot of potential from youth, but one thing i would say if naruto did not show his potential for jutsu, he would not have gotten any training from kakashi or jiraiya, they both tested him first, and he had to pass that with help from others, not because he was minato and kushina child, yes he had a lot of chakra, but he had to work to control and master that chakra, he had the ninetails but he had to learn to befriend and bond with the ninetails to use its power effectively without shortening his life, i think its kool naruto had his birth right, got it stripped away as a baby literally his first year of life, yet has to utilize his talent, work hard and retrieve what was taken from him the first day he drew breath.

Kabuto didn't get that. He lkterally got taken in by a mad scientist psycho, not even 2 more relevant niggas like Sasuke or nagato. Yea you could say Sasuke aquire sharingan but he literally had to CAUSE a mental disorder in order to activate it, and nagato never had to "befriend" the rinnegan , but it was never really his to begin with and Madara used him.There's a theme of "lucky orphans" in Naruto cuz how else are these literal babies gonna survive in a world based on war, militarism, lies, and tragedy, UNLESS they miraculously survive by some plot induced Amp or characteristic lol. All I'm saying is Naruto is the "luckiest" of them all and thus, he is not an underdog, a VERY hard worker, yes, but no underdog.

Tobirama does not scale to juubito, does not scale to hashirama wood golems and things like that, he lost to kinkaku and ginkaku and while they are strong, they are not implied to be above hashirama tiers of power, and we know tobirama alive should be above edo. Minatos kcm was nerfed, he only had 1 arm and was dazed, the half kyuubi amp might not be as great a speed amp as it was for power, as minato was already kcm1 naruto level arguably kcm2 as he was dodging attacks from full ninetails, so minato in base~ nerf kcm minato~ tobirama. On top of this minato has better feats while alive like beating someone whose comparable to madara in terms of feats, beating Ay and killer bee as jonin and sealing the ninetails, whereas tobirama beat a weaken izuna near blindness and lost twice to the gold and silver bros regardless of their team. All in all minato is not only faster than tobirama but he can neg tobiramas abilities and out do him in the fight.

Neji was right, though Naruto is literally the child of prophecy, all the hokage are related to him somehow except Kakashi who was his teacher, speaking of teachers, he was trained by literally the best shinobis in the ninja world. Your argument for why Neji wasn’t right was because Ashura loses a lot. But the only person that can even fight him, let alone beat him is his brother Indra because they are literally demigods, but that’s the thing. People who became hokage were destined to be hokage and that includes Naruto. Even in the first chapter/episode, he learns how to do a difficult and forbidden technique because he was born with so much Chakra.

The Neji Argument is accurate. It was never implied or mentioned that Naruto was a child of Destiny until a little before or After the Pain arc. Then once he gains control of the Nine Tails, becomes the reincarnation of a God. That was far different from when Naruto learned Sage mode. It was personal, but the reincarnation made all that growth look less earned more given. Sasuke is peak bad writing. Compare him to Zuko from Avatar Sasuke never questions himself on is he doing the right thing. He's just focused on paper goal at hand before someone changes his miGarrard. Him and not himself. Sasuke is just a walking plot device and less of a character. On top of the fact that Sasuke is talked about as if he is top 2 badass characters that live in this universe, but how many fights has he walked in and got carried out on a stretcher? Killer bee? Raikage, Donzo, Deidara, Garra. As for Tobirama. I'm upset that he wasn't the first Hokage. He was a genius who represents the ideas of hard work and dedication defeats raw natural talent.
