Another great video for new players that even some veterans will learn from. I had suggested in the comments for a different video that several elite GW2 content creators should discuss what the best keybinds and settings should be for new players, so some suggestions could be made. Of course every player will customize the game to their own preferences, but it would be a great help for new players to see what some of the elite players are doing as a starting point for their own setup. Thanks for this video and please consider my suggestion to discuss this topic with other content creators. Looking forward to seeing more videos like this one in the future.

Arenanet should chance the defult options including keybinding abilities... like who uses 67890 for abilities? usually you see them QERFVCXZ and so on. I used to have F buttons on ZXCVB but now that I use Azeron Cyborg is was easier to reset the buttons, rebind weapon swap and add special ability (like wtf they should bound special ability to mouse wheel at bear minimum) now I have all my weapon skills, utility and F abilities on my fingers tips, beside F5 which is behind F4 for index finger, there is also elite skill 0, utility skill 9 and weapon skill 5 for my index finger and Weapon swap :D I recommend looking in to Azeron Cyborg

I knew all of this but I always use double tap to evade, never had an issue with it excepting when I was a completely noob years ago and was falling from jumping puzzles by mistake when trying to quickly move on them.

I've been playing GW2 on and off for six years now. Still wasn't aware of just how helpful some of these setting changes can be *yeets camera shake into the bin* Most assuredly, this is going to be helpful to both veterans and newbies. Some of these settings choices really do help the gaming experience a lot. Every single option is so well explained, too. I can see this helping a LOT of people. Nice video. And for full action combat lovers ,try action camera, its the best thing that happened me in this game. Once u get used to it u will never go back to normal camera ever. I use it for years in all game modes ( i am wvw most off the time )

When I meet new players, especially those who want to get into harder content, I basically go thru the same things. Some things are so weird as default. And as SAK, bro what U doing waaaaay over there! Double tap, well I've had it since launch and I've gotten used to it, done raids, frac CMS with it. And I play with 300 ping, so essentially I have to preempt the hit.

i got Character Model Limit set to lowest...even tho i got every other graphic option on max when there's a big boss fight and theres A LOT of people........fps just goes out the window if i have the limit set to anything higher

thats fair, this is just a warning in case you do Deimos and a few other raid bosses where the instances are locked to 10 men. However DX11 is also supposed to help a bit with FPS but is atr the time of this comment still in beta :3

Great video, thank you. I have an apu so I run the game on very low settings to get 60 fps and when I tried boneskinner I wasn't able to see some of his mechanics . Also Raava as in the Avatar Korra animation ?
