I know that feeling. Back in the 90s there was this guy who worked at Enchantments in NYC. His energy was so powerfully soothing sometimes I would go to the shop just to hang with him. It was soul soothing.

Your advice is right on point!! I am a breast cancer survivor dealing with a lot of side effects still after 6 yrs. The more veggies I eat, especially dark green leafy ones, the better I feel and the less pain I have. Eat the rainbow!!! I eat yams for breakfast a LOT and also have to avoid soy.

I came out of my shell and commented for the 1st time ever on your latest juicing video and now you’re giving us more gold 🤗. I am so thankful to you for posting this video . Like I mentioned in another comment I suffer so badly from osteoarthritis so I’m happy with the pain relief options with good natural food vs taking all these meds. I never heard of pumfu but I’ll most definitely look for it. I love that you mostly live SOS-free when you're cooking for yourself! I can totally tell the difference when you're doing videos for teaching on health vs finding familiar foods. They are both so helpful depending on where you are in your journey. When I first got started I was so thankful for vegan mac and cheese etc! But a lot of days, I just want to be able to enjoy food as medicine :) thank you for your ministry!

So glad I found this channel! I've been looking for ways to calm down my pain and so far I have been strong enough to resist the meds that the docs have prescribed. I've found that eating anti-inflammatory food has helped. The pain is still there, but not as much. I feel that the food has made me feel better, but more importantly, I think that Tab's positive energy and attitude is to blame. I just love her!

My hip/butt has been hurting me too. I don’t know what it is so I just googled some exercises and stretches to do for that area. They really helped. I agree with you totally. I do a lot of walking so decided to do the stretches and reduce the mileage on walks for a few days. I feel really good today too.

I just want to say thank you!! I have been looking at KZbin sites for inspiration for more plant food recipes. I am allergic to nuts, and intolerant to soy products so that has limited my options. Your site was suggested to me, and I saw that you used Pumfu, which was completely mind blowing because I thought that I would never be able to eat tofu. Love the recipe and info!! 🤩 We also use turmeric for it's healthy properties (anti inflammatory, anti cancer, etc...). Fire cider is easy to make and helps a ton with the cold and flu season. 💗

This is a late comment. Today is Nov 26, 2020 and Thanksgiving Day. I have been trying to educate myself regarding pain relief as I age and dealing with old injuries from an accident. Thanks for sharing. I am do not do well with soy because it completely throws my hormones off. Years back I was a vegan but everything I saw had soy. Thanks for sharing the pumfu , I’ve never heard of it before. I like adding garlic on top after cooking really gives the best benefit cause you’re not cooking out the strengths of the garlic. Walking has truly helped me to relieve joint pain as the movement lubricates the joints.

Girl, you have money now. If was you, I would have that fridge full of blueberries and frozen fruit chunks to have every night. That is the best thing to have for any type of inflammation and body pain. I got rid of my back pain, neck pain, as well as thick skin on my feet. They all went away after a few months eating blueberries with fruit chunks every night before going to bed. Try all purple foods also, they have the best stuff! 😉👍
