The Most Delicious Chicken Doner and Lavash Bread Recipe to Make at Home / Get it from the Master

- With this recipe, you can make your chicken doner at home, without the need to freeze the meat, as fresh as you can eat it outside.
- Before cooking, preheat the oven to the highest setting. If you put it in the oven at a low temperature, the chicken will become watery and will not brown.
- After the doner is cooked, let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting it.
- Onion salad and tomato upon request for serving. Making the onion salad is available in the video.
Ingredients for Doner:
1 and a half kg chicken breast (boneless and skinned)
250 g lard
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
3 teaspoons of red chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
3 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon of chili paste
Half a tea glass of water (If you do not use tail oil, add oil instead of water.)
1 large onion, finely grated (about 160 g)
2 large cloves of garlic (you can add as much as you like)
Ingredients for lavash bread:
1 and a half cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
Enough water (must be a soft dough not sticky)
