Interesting, I've never seen limdo used in meat dishes. Are there any other meat dishes you use it in? I'll give it a try

I just love the taste it gives, I like to use it more in meat dishes, not as much in chicken dishes though

Sambal has also been out of stock in Vancouver for quite some time.. i made some myself by soaking dried red chilis and dry garlic flakes overnight, draining and blending with some vinegar (in a food processor, not blender) then cook it in hot oil to make it shelf stable.. ideally it would be best done in a chhipad or khandñi to that its still a bit chunky with whole seeds... but seriously.. ain't nobody got time for dat!

I usually make sections, put it in a freezer safe bag, make sure there’s no air in it and freeze it until I need it, hope this helps☺️
