Minced pork 800 gr.
Minced chicken 500 gr.
Onion 1 piece
Garlic 2 cloves.
Salt 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 1 tsp.
Parsley 1 bunch.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Spinach 300 gr.
Mushrooms 300 gr.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Salt to taste.
Ground black pepper to taste.
Cheese 200 gr. (everyone's favorite)
Salt 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper 0.5 tsp.
Paprika 1.5 tsp.
Ketchup 3 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1.5 tbsp. l.
I put the baking tray in the oven preheated to 180°C for 1 hour.
I put it in the oven at 240°C for 10-15 minutes.

Pork 600 gr
Chicken fillet 300 gr.
I cut the meat into very thin pieces.
I mix well.
It is important to change the structure of the meat fibers.
Salt normal 15 gr.
Salt nitrite 15 gr.
Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
A spice mix 4 g (ground allspice, ground black pepper, dry garlic).
Dry garlic 2 tsp
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp
Milk powder 2 tsp
Cornstarch 1.5 tbsp. l.
Garlic 3-4 cloves.
Ice water 150 ml.
I mix.
Transparent foil for baking.
I divide the meat into 2 parts.
I spread the meat on the foil and compact it well.
I wrap tightly. I do 5-6 turns with a film.
I twist the edges so that the filling is well compacted.
I tie the edges together with kitchen twine.
I wrap the sausage with cling film (hermetic).
I put the sausage in a pot of water.
I cover it with a lid.
I heat water to 80°C
I cover the pot with a lid. I put on a quiet fire and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I get sausage.
Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours.
Lettuce:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Feta 100 gr.
Tomato 1 pc.
Cucumber 1 pc.
Microgreens to taste.
Olive oil 2 tsp, lemon juice 1 tbsp. l., French mustard 1 tsp, brown sugar 1 tsp. Salt to taste.
