Paprika 2 pcs.
Mushrooms 300 gr.
Onion 2 pcs.
Tomatoes 3 pcs.
Garlic 6 cloves.

Soy sauce 50 ml.
Provencal herbs 1 tablespoon.
sugar 1 tablespoon.
Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon.
Salt 0.5-1 teaspoon.
Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes
