RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 eggplant.
Salt.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
2 onions.
1 carrot.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper 1 teaspoon.
Red pepper 1 teaspoon.
Oregano 1 teaspoon.
olive oil 3 tablespoons.
Mix well.
3 peppers.
Cook in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
1 zucchini.
Drain the water from the eggplant.
Mushrooms 200 gr. / 2 cups.
5 garlic.
Cook in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tbsp.
Chives.
Dill.
1 garlic.
Canned white beans 200 gr. / 1.5 cups. (Optional).
Balsamic vinegar 15 ml.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Cheese 200 gr. / 1 ​​cup. (Optional).
Cook in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.

This was great bc I take a fairly plain pizza that’s made thin without tomato sauce (mom is allergic) and I add most of these same things to make it perfect 🤩. Now I realize I can layer veggies without a pizza and add beans and other veggies I’ve never made all together simplifying to ONE NICE SHEET PAN.. though I have done these individually in oven or oventop for my American version of an Asian inspired stir-fry! You’ve just SIMPLIFIED it and given me a new combination of all the favorites ❤
