I truly feel bad for her. She’s so desperate for acceptance and attention. I was raised as a red pill. My dad wouldn’t let me go to college or learn to drive because my place was at home. You know what happened? I married and had kids with the first person to show interest, spent 10 years in an abusive relationship with an alcoholic who went to any lengths possible to find someone to cheat with. You know what happened? I went to college, against his wishes, worked my ass off to go through nursing school with 4 kids under 8 at home, while he complained about it and insulted my choice. I got my degree, got a job making 3x what he makes, and then started the process of divorce. I’m hoping to be free by the end of the year. I don’t wish that on anyone. The only good things that man ever made is the kids we share. Kids that want nothing to do with him because of his drinking and volatile moods.

Reading this ridiculous statement, let's me know you have no idea what being red pilled means. Red pilling someone is to show them reality, not keeping them under your thumb. And from what is sounds like your dad was just strict and controlling, not raising you red pilled. But if you're under 18, and living in his house, you're supposed to obey his rules, as long as they're within reason. But it doesn't sound like he was very reasonable. But it was your choice to get married. I mean didn't you have to say "yes"? So blaming your dad for that is not being honest with yourself.

Then they got married, and he showed his true side literally that day. She had no idea he was so rude despite dating for over a year. He became increasingly verbally abusive and literally changed my little cousin’s personality as a result. After two years my aunt saw the trauma her kids were going thru and filed for divorce. She later remarried this other amazing guy who we all love and he’s been so good to her. If she couldn’t get a divorce it would have literally destroyed her and her children’s lives forever, and she had no idea what he was capable of that until she said “I do”. No, they expect the husband to make enough money to support her and their children and not have to worry about the finances. And in return, they make the house nice and comfy for when their husbands get home from work and have dinner ready. And in today's society, that's looked down upon and seen as something bad like it's bringing women back into the dark ages or something. I honestly don't want to pursue a career. I am the product of a relationship where my dad would've been poster child of the manosphere and Pearl's dream man. He never cooked, never did anything at home, didn't clean, nothing. Never helped his children with homework. Never went to our graduations/events, nothing. Always expected my mom to do everything in the relationship, in the house, for the kids, etc. He worked less hours than my mom, yet expected her to get home from work, tired, to cook and clean. Long story short, my mom got so stressed with husband/house/kids/work that she had to be hospitalized for two weeks. And you know what my dad did? Nothing, he never even went to visit her. Instead expected me (at the moment 16 y/o) to take care of the house and my siblings while I was terrified for my mom's health. Cue to a few years later, they are still together, mom is unhappy, his kids don't want nothing to do with him, and all of us had gone through the phase of not talking to him for a while. His dismissive attitude, and lack of fatherhood has eroded his image for us, to the point we're just *tired* of him. Coming from such an environment, and being a woman, it took so much to me. I was afraid to be intimate with men, because I didn't want to end with someone even 1% like my dad. I'm better now, but I can't imagine someone being happy with a person like that. I think pearl is a woman who got left/rejected even by men who most women would reject - found herself going down the rabbit hole on KZbin trying to understand what men want so she could get them - but then stumbled across the realization that a woman such as herself could actually get MORE attention from men by becoming the ultimate “yes woman” so she settled for that. She’s not “ugly”. But she’s kinda quirky looking without sexual appeal, not very feminine, dresses blah, and looks plain. More attractive women get away with all the stuff these men only PUBLICLY bash women for.

If my great grandma were still alive, she would absolutely tear Pearl a new one and wouldn’t hesitate to do so. My great grandma was a victim of child marriage and domestic abuse. She married my 23 year old great grandpa when she was 16. He was an abusive alcoholic that beat her and the kids every night he came home. He blew most of his money on drinking and cheated on her all the time. Her family moved back up to the northwest (they lived in the Midwest) so she couldn’t fall back on them for support, especially since she only made it to 9th grade and didn’t work. His family didn’t like her because she wasn’t wealthy or educated. So she literally had no choice but to stay. It was, unfortunately, the only way her kids could be fed and have shelter. She went without food many times just so her kids could eat. Economic issues and marital issues lead to their nine kids being sent to an orphanage. Only 3 were adopted and the other 6 (including my grandpa) went into foster care. After that, she snapped and woke up one night. She pinned her husband to the bed and started beating on him. He filed for divorce the next day on charges of “desertion.” My great grandma became a welder for the WWII women’s effort and remarried. She also was able to reunite with her kids when they were adults.

Just because she was a victim of abuse doesn't mean she wouldn't see some of what Pearl talks about regarding abuse. No one condones abuse of women by men in society they are just fighting for men's right to escape an abusive woman. Erin Pizzy the first woman to build a domestic abuse shelter in the U.K. grew up in a household where both her parents abused each other AND witnessed the women at the refuge abuse other women AND their children frequently. She spoke about how abuse was not just male-on-female and we should build shelters for men also but the feminists called her an abuse apologist because the idea that a woman could beat their men for no reason was absurd to these women. People forget that you can advocate for more than one type of victim especially because we have not had enforced legislation for it before in any country in the world.

I wouldn't put all misbehaving men or women in the same category. As Dr. Bruce Lipton says most people learned the wrong values in childhood at age 0 -7. At this age, the brain absorbs the most valuable info about values and self-worth, self-love, self-acceptance confidence respect for other people, decency, and humility, etc Because kids' brain is in a state of theta which means imagination and hypnosis, so their brain is absorbing info without analyzing what is good or wrong. He explains that if they don't learn valuable info about humility self-worth self-confidence decency etc, it may continue to adulthood to age 35. Until the person realizes that something isn't working and seeks therapy. The best way to unlearn bad habits is through meditation. So it means some men or women may not be bad, they just need to learn better values. that they didn't learn in childhood. or they were bullied at school etc. So we can not bame all men for not learning it. The Fact That She Wants to Ban Divorce, & Have Anyone Stuck With Her Forever, Is Painful to Even Think About

I think she's also one of the women that are jealous of other women who get to do whatever they want but still have suitors. She got broken up with for having too many bodies and not being traditional enough, but she also sees the pretty girls who get to sleep with whomever they want, demand to be financially taken care of, and don't hold their tongue still get wifed up. I think she started to hate women out of jealousy and lashes out at them on the internet.

My mother put her children, my sister and myself, ahead of everything else in her life and stayed with her husband to make sure we were safe. The result? All of us experienced 20 years of constant narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, and are all in therapy. Staying did not make our situation better. Politely, Pearl needs to stfu about what survivors of abuse need to do.

As much as I don't like Pearl and are on the same page I find it somewhat baffling that yall love narcissists at your peak but maybe later in life after years of abuse, kids, past your prime would consider some "boring" "non narcissist" chump unless you stay single, which is probably the best option.

That’s UTTERLY ridiculous! Men are the premier chefs in the world…. If you don’t want to cater to your man you don’t have to! Quality men have women more than willing to submit to them. And that in no way means she’s a slave or anywhere near one! It’s that since he’s paying all of the bills he gets the final say where there’s disagreement. So keep that masculine energy because you’ve got EVERY right to! You’re going to either wind up with a weak man who just needs somewhere to live or you’ll wind up buying a dog or some cats and dying alone…
