The bare minimum is to store raw meat a shelf below cooked meat. The closer to the ground a container with raw meat is stored in the fridge, the better. Don't even risk raw meat juices possibly dripping onto cooked product. Also, you have to wait for hot foods to cool down to room temperature before sealing them and storing them in the fridge. Otherwise, they go sour.
