I think I get why young teens are going crazy for these kinds of stories. It's because the teacher is 'hot' (even though I find his design to look awful). If they made the teacher look like an overweight, balding, unattractive person doing the same things like touching his students without consent, fantasizing about them sexually, locking them in to try to make out, etc - it would actually be seen as the horror story that it actually is instead of 'uwu cute boy romance' But since the teacher is "attractive" he can get away with these awful things like grooming and sexual harassments. It's scary how many can look past fictional characters and real life people doing awful things as long as they're good looking.

Read the whole thing, it’s AWFUL😭 the poor kid didn’t want to have s with him but he was manipulated into not saying no because he’s emotionally unstable and wants to feel love again. In one of the chapters (I think chapter two) the poor guy literally says “I don’t think this is appropriate” and “I’m not sure if I’m comfortable with this”, but the teacher doesn’t listen and the little guy ends up feeling like shit. I went to go read it and there is so many more problems than just a teacher grooming his student. First of all, I read creators QnA sections and the age gap and teacher/student relationship was a concern a lot of readers had since the start. Their explanation was apparently the two creators created the characters separately and were one day like “hey, wouldn’t it be funny if these two were together”Choosing to focusing on the dynamics of the characters and not really taking into account their age or the problematic power imbalance this presents. I do believe that they weren’t trying to present anything problematic in the attempts to groom children. I feel like they just weren’t thinking and don’t realize how awful of a dynamic this presents. Unfortunately it does get worse- black light jacks video got taken down by the creators because he called out the problematic content in it. They shot down his video with copyright claims and threatened to take down his whole channel. It also doesn’t help that the design of the teacher makes him look more like he’s in his 40s or 50s and he’s hitting on an 18 year old. So they accidentally created the fursona of Leonardo de Caprio. Overall, I’m going to guess the creators just were trying to have a fun time with some writing but they were painfully unaware of truly how awful it comes off. Also the teacher is just genuinely so poorly written that it’s insane. The only thing that is the saving grace in this comic is the maned wolf character who is implied will end up with this edgy asshole fox that was his sisters ex fiancé. You see it in chapter 7 and it is genuinely actually kind of okay. (Yes I read the whole thing) For one the characters aren’t 7 years apart in age, two, there’s no sketchy student teacher relationship, and three, it presents what could ultimately be a really interesting dynamic. Do I think it’ll work out? Not really. Unfortunately you have to wade through the muck that is the main relationship 🤮🤮🤮 I will admit it’s not GREAT, but hey, at least it’s not illegal, or BORING.

If you want good eyebleach, but it's still in the romcom genre, then I recommended Not So Shoujo Love Story or It Rains On Precious Days. The first one I talked at length about before, but it's a highschool yuri romcom that's a little weird, but warms the slow (slow burn). The second one is a office love story where the main lead falls for a older coworker and their dynamic is sweet. It has a love triangle, but it's not done badly and the other love interests are complex and loveable. Please read these two if you can.

Bad Webtoon aside, like six months ago I actually went ahead and read off from where you stopped (curiosity killed the cat 💀) anyways, aside from being really boring, the part that's just REALLY messed up is after the ending scene in this video takes place, turns out the teacher proceeds to R@PE the freaking student in the classroom. Then he takes him home and tries to groom him further or whatever. After that the boring part of the storyline happens and they try to push another one of their bullcrap "ships", and the teacher dude realizes that the bottom feeder cat is avoiding him, so he GOES TO HIS LITTLE SISTER to convince her to become a WINGMAN for him. (If it tells you anything the few people with sanity left called this out but they're few and far between, likely cause all the others left prior). I eventually stopped when they tried to introduce a THIRD "ship", mainly cause 1: I didn't want my parents to catch me investigating this gross comic and 2: It was so boring, I'd rather watch a video on trigonometry 💀 so if anyone has that morbid curiosity like I did, then you're welcome
