I've always been unnerved by the black holes in these two games. They sit there smack dab in the middle of every bright, colorful environment, waiting to suck you in, then there's the low droning noise that plays when you fall.

Ive been unnerved by dying in these games at all really. Ive only played mario galaxy, not 2, but from what ive seen it has some horrible deaths. Going below a treadmil and being crushed, being crushed by a thwomp (Seriously in the other games mario just lost health but now he just gets crushed and dies), Black holes, DARK MATTER, being electrocuted, ect. (the dark matter one was the reason i beat the stupid dark matter level so quickly cause i didnt wanna see that animation again.)
