These women are so cringey & they have ruined their looks. During the pandemic Darcy choose to live with the dic_ she was chasing (they hadn’t known each other long) over staying with her daughters. Her dad seems to always have her girls & pays more attention to them than Darcy does. The only reason Florian stays with Stacy is because she pays for everything. He cheated & she still kept the money flowing, they finally got married because Florian didn’t want his cash cow to get away. Same is going on with Darcy she & Georgie supposedly got married even though he treated her like crap but he wanted to keep the cash coming in, so now it will.

She’s basically doing exactly what Big Ed does - she’s not as much of an ahole, but she’s got the same lack of respect for boundaries or their partners in general. They get one date and they’re in love, they get a second they’re planning the wedding, the person wants to slow down they don’t really love them and are breaking their heart and being fake. Then they cry about how they’ll never find love when the issue is (primarily) their approach to the relationship in the first place. Like going on all your first dates immediately planning a wedding pretty much guarantees you’re never gonna get one.

Darcey and Stacey are so performative and ridiculous that it's actually pretty sad. If I were in Tom's shoes, I don't think I could hold my tongue about their back-and-forth, I'd go, "I'm sorry, ladies, but what is this that you're doing here? Please stop, and if you can't, can we either hash this all out now or can you save it for a private conversation later so we can all just enjoy our time here?". Stacey absolutely loves how miserable Darcey is, clearly, so I'm guessing at some point they were maybe stealing men from each other, or I guess its possible that they never liked each other to begin with; there's something there we haven't been told about yet. Their father seems like a good man from what we've been shown and how he's carried himself on camera, so I'm disinclined to blame their upbringing. I know he's loaded, but maybe he was away for most of their childhood, working or whatever. That doesn't necessarily always turn children into clownish adults though. Sometimes ridiculous people are that way just because that's who they are.

I can actually confirm that Darcey and Stacey's father wasn't that much present in their life. I've seen a video analysis where a therapist dives into this information that the twins revealed themselves. The whole context is: their parents where divorced and their father was pretty much absent because he was travelling and enjoying a lavish life with hot young women, while they lived with their mother a normal, boring life. Also, they didn't have many friends because they were the weird, shy, nerdy twins.
