@kkoz66 if I'm being honest..I made food boring. I purposely made it not fun. I ate the exact same food every single day for a year. Yogurt for breakfast salad for lunch chicken and carrots for dinner..every single day till food just wasn't it anymore. Hit that nerve right on. Honestly, if you imagine that doctor sees hundreds of these types of patients every year-and clearly, many of those are repeat visitors-who are in total denial, have bad attitudes, shamefully turn family or close friends into caretakers…it blows my mind! It’s a miracle that he is still willing to see them And that he treats them with any courtesy whatsoever!

I tell you Ashley saw the surgery as a quick fix she thought if she got the surgery that would fix it all, i mean keeping hidden stashes of food around the house proves she wasn't ready for the surgery so she was proving Dr Now right. If your serious about weight loss you gotta change not just by your eating habits but you whole mindset aswell and keeping hidden stashes of food shows that in her mind ( whether consciously or not) she was prepared to not change and relapse and the hidden food was there for when that happened. I mean she knows shes hiding food so she should be embracing therapy cos that will help her, her whole attitude shows shes was betting on the surgery to magically fix all
