I heard a story of a guy who did this. The last couple years of his life all his kids and grandkids did was stand around him and loudly talk about what they where going to do with his money when he was dead. They came to the reading of the will with there travel plans all picked out and expensive jewelry ordered. He wrote them all out of the will, pade for a lavish funeral with his own private mausoleum and donated the rest to charity.
