I thought state 1 was perfectly enough until I drove Stage 2. What people don't understand is that it is more about the refinement and overall quality with Stage 2. The car feels perfect in Stage 2 whereas in Stage 1 you can tell it's a simple augmentation. With Stage 2 with the supporting mods, it really gives the motor more quality, faster spools and overall more of that "R" feel. Stage 2 isn't THAT much faster for all intensive purposes but the driving dynamics are different.

Put me down for an S3 video, I like this guys Golf and even though its still a low end remap you have to say there's a lot of cash tied up in that car, just right for me, anything quicker would change the car dynamics too much I think, this way it's still a usable Golf, thumbs up, keep them coming

I agree the golf r has a more playful chassis and handling is sharper. The standard seats are far better in the golf and even with the super sport seat in the s3 they still didn't give me the support I need. The dsg gearbox in the s3 also reacted slower compared to the golf r. I hope vw will build the rumoured R420 as I'll be straight down and part ex my golf mk7.5 gti. Yes I bought the gti instead, I liked the look and the classic interior cloth is cool.

Hm, the Performance Brake are just other discs, and this one got no dynaudio and no akrapovic exhaust so no fully loaded 😅 but also a really nice car. My R is lapiz blue and got the grey pretorias which is my fav for this car.

Great video bro enjoying your content as always. The R is nice I've remapped my S3 with a custom tune now to just over 390bhp and its without question quick but the lag and general lack of aggressiveness is missing for me in these cars. Getting into an M3 CP start of next year so I'm looking forward to that, looking at doing the bootmod3 upgrade for it! Can't wait to drive a car with some real character ! Your last M4 video was too sick. Looking forward to some more content on the M2 aswell!
