The thing is they are being fed and are clean So technically it’s not abuse. You can’t take someone’s kids just because they are extremely cheap. You can save money, not spend almost 80$ on one item of clothes, and still make sure your kids have clothes they feel good about wearing. The lady getting food from the bins. I mean as long as its still packaged... by law a lot of food shops have to throw out perfectly good food because its gone past an arbitrary number of days. A lot of the time the food is still fine. While I have not and hope to never have to do this myself because of the risk, if you're careful you could probably find some good food in restaurant and supermarket bins.
