Shampoo and conditioners and laundry detergents are wayyyy easier to coupon then her salad dressing and ingredients for detergent. You can get the hair care stuff free or close to it and a little more with laundry detergent and skip that hassle.

She is very organized and can actually show where and how she is saving $. She makes a lot of sense. Most of the people on the "cheapskate show" have methods for saving are really impractical and sometimes even gross. Sometimes it looks staged. Still, I think there is some degree of truth to it. In any case, it entertaining and I can actually learn from it. (sometimes) !!

Mayo is the "salad dressing" and on hair is actually a great cholesterol treatment for black peoples hair. I use it also as a deep condition with other things added depending on my needs at the time. Let sit for 30min with a conditioning cap then lightly rinse and condition as you normally would. Her hair is smooth, shiny and has bounce...

People who coupon have a variety to eat because they are stock piled. So not just that food for the month. I'm sure she isn't going to just live on that. She has kids and I'm sure they are all getting getting their fruits and veggies too 😊

That's my beef watching this. She only purchased junk food. It'd be different if she was showing us how to save on fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods, then I'd be on board. Unfortunately, healthy food is not cheap. The items are cheap cuz they're made cheap and shelf stable. But the shelf stable ingredients are what's causing many cancers, not to mention its full of sugar or salt!!! That's the way it is. If you want to live you got to spend money!

It’s not surprising though because companies in the US benefit from using harmful ingredients which are most likely to be banned in other countries just so they can retail for a cheaper price

If I was good at couponing like this I’d definitely bring it to rehabs and shelters ! Especially women and children they need tampons pads supplies kids need food clean brushes tooth brushes etc . She’s blessed to have that ability. It’s not for everybody .

Mayonnaise is actually really good for hair, especially naturally dry hair. Its very common.. I use it myself. My grandmother was a hairdresser in the 60s and ALL the hairdressers did it to even their own hair.

I make my own Mayo hair conditioner using, egg yolks, coconut oil, and jojoba oil. You can add a dash of vanilla so it smells like cookie dough. Just do not use super hot water or you’ll get head scrambles. Saved my balding hair
