Like the hand construct could be used to block projectiles as he Hal moves closer to dodge over head projectiles. Maybe even have an input option for where his Green Hand of Willingness ability could act as an unblock-able command grab with a hit of armour & 2 hits of armour if, he has his trait activated for healing & dang buffing, while he gets possibly 3 hits of armour; but, only when he has at least 3 bars of meter full. Maybe have his command grab act as a restsand perhaps. Where the thumb goes underneath the enemy’s head & you flick their chin upwards to extend the range of their hurt box. So that you can come in with an pretty instant J3; but, only if, you use his own flight cancel! Like why the heck did they not let you fly with GL or use his teleport abilities like even with the Oa’s Rocket 🚀 maybe teleporting do it can hit enemies sooner??? Heck, they could’ve given Hal Jordan 1 to 3 phases of his WiLL Power trait. Where he’d have other abilities. Like Green Lantern Knock offs! Where he makes constructs inspired by his opponent’s abilities & specials or something???

Well, they are basicly the same but noobsaibot is more balanced. U can do everything sinestro does with noobsaibot. Since noobsaibot has 40% no meter combo. Or u could do 4 great anti airs. Also noobsaibots back 1 cant be hit and also has great range and its safe. The teleport tracks. And last but not least, noobsaibot has almost his projectiles and 1 projectile that cant be blocked

With how powerful Hal Jordan’s Will Power should be in the game! You’d think his hand construct special could be used to not only symbolize his WiLLingness to overcome anything; but, actually be used as a frat way to challenge other character’s specials or abilities. As well as give the best healing mechanics to symbolize his determination of his willfulness. At least this way, you could use his meter more often than man others given how he’ll be forced to take plenty of chip damage.

With how easy you are for taking damage as Green Lantern!... You’d think his Will Power or willingness could be symbolized by given him an automatic hit of armour without the need for meter or trait. At least this way, you could dash through the last hit of a projectile or something then, punish the opponent. Then give Hal 2 hits of armour when he activates his Trait. Then 3 hits of Armour when has 3 bars of meter.

Question: when did the lingo shift happen? I've noticed that nowadays footsies characters tend to be called zoners (with footsies used much more rarely as a term, in favour of zoning or spacing), while zoners tend to be called keepaway. Is it because characters these days tend to have more special abilities rather then long normal's for footises?

@@HELLRAISER02 What fireball abilities need is ammo mechanics that restrict how often you can fire them (though this would likely require giving some alternative buffs). It would enable long range characters to play their game without having to be as much rapidfire spam. Also characters fit pretty cleanly into "close range", "mid range(less then half)" long range (more then half) as far as their overarching playstyles go, with each main range category having fairly similar basic gameplans: Mix-up (close), Spacing/timing (mid), keepaway(long). Major deviations are often more about specific match-ups where one character's advantage over the other is in alternate abilities. There a few hazy cases but still.

Footsies is more about being barely outside the range of your opponent's attacks so that you can whiff-punish with a normal. Whereas zoning is about keeping them even further so that your special attacks can dominate. Unless you are Dhalsim who uses his long-reaching normals to zone. Basically, footsies are when you are closer and (usually) attacking with normals instead of special moves
