I seem to remember, years ago, an alkali alloy having a bit of Thallium. The melt temp of it was also very low. I have not been able to find it again.

Beautiful! But so many of these alkali metal reactions are obscured by the formation of oxides or of the metal burning in air and not primarily reacting with the other reagents. I would love to see Cs/CsNaK/NaK react with bromine/iodine/chlorine under an inert atmosphere so we can observe the direct reaction of alkali metal and halogen without the interference of oxygen or oxide layers.

The chlorine reacts with the metals to form their chloride salts. Cæsium chloride, sodium chloride etc. That smoke you see? It's salt dust! If you collect it and analyze it, it's the salts! cool!
