My diet is having a juice or oats for breakfast and eating 1 bowl of rice (medium size) with grill chicken, boiled egg, grilled beef (optional curry items) And for dinner I had little of what I get...

Mohit, I do understand the video and all but isn't 1-3 times a week a bit on the lower side? I mean for me, I do cardio twice and Hiit once in a day everyday. Which means I'm pretty active right? I mean like total 1hr cardio, 1hr cardio 1hr Hiit. Should I still pick 1-3 times a week? Or 7 days a week? since I workout everyday 3x a day.

I never knew protein intake based on height. I always thought it was based between 0.8-2.2g per body weight. Is this correct?

If you are obese then multiplying your body weight by a multiple would lead to a very big value. Hence I prefer based on height. If you are active then 1g per cm height is also a good intake.
