Appreciate you Jay, just catching up on all your vids doing my cardio! 💪

Simply walking is highly underrated as cardio. Losing body fat comes down to diet, and expanding energy and of course, when it comes to competing in bodybuilding, elite genetics. Can you guys imagine someone like Tyson Fury ever making it as a bodybuilder?

Congratulations on your one million viewers. The stair master is a good exercise it’s better than walking on flat ground. I instructed people on them when the stair masters first came out in the early 1980’s when I trained people at the biggest health club chain in the upper Midwest.

oh such a beautiful video! Old school star trac machine (same brand as the star trac Leg Press at Golds Gym, that seems to handle everything)...so nice to hear the ramblings About doing cardio! love that he does it this way.And Dave`s good heart to film and talk - and be there with The Jay!! It would be cool to see you two guys riding fat bikes, like Arnold. that must also be good and fun cardio!

Congratulations on the 1 million subscribers. The stair master is good exercise to do if you don’t have bad knees. The body works harder walking up than walking on flat ground.. I instructed people on how to use them properly when the stair master first came out in the early 1980’s at the health club I worked at . Some pro athletes would use them also.. it’s a good idea ton maybe fly someone out to train with you and hang our for a day to celebrate your 1 million members of the Jay Cutler podcast.

There was a guy at a gym I that used to go to that had no legs from about halfway down his thigh... but he was a BEAST. He came in in a wheelchair and got around using only his arms, and one day, he came in *WALKING* - on some high-tech prosthetics, and he looked like a badass cyborg 😂

I was glad to hear you say in a previous video that 5 hours of sleep is ok. Not optimal, but it's ok. Life happens. You never hear anyone admit that. All of us that have a job and kids know how impossible it is to get 8 hours of sleep on a regular basis. Also, why don't you find more direct flights overseas? It's so much better that way.

Some type of competition could be short or long. The questions easy to more difficult, could be about anything. In this way we the fans will have to follow you along even more in the videos to see if we where right. Questions could even be about things that happened when you trained and won the Olympia. example: what weight did you use for different exercises, things we do not know. Maybe someone else have an suggestion as well.

Congratulations on 1 Million! Many thanks for your dedication to the sport and for sharing your content with us all. Some possible things for you to consider: perhaps provide more content on nutrition as it relates to strength training. Follow this up with some sports-minded nutritionist as a guest on your channel. Next, bring in a guest expert on functional nutrition labwork to the channel. Have him or her discuss the best labwork to check out to chart overall progress in the gym and for overall nutrition(amino acids, urine organic acids, citric acid cycle, detoxification factors, lipids, etc). A local expert in the functional/integrative medical model may be best. Leverage all your talents to get people of all ages inteterested in strength training, even those who have shied away from it for whatever reason. In addition to your channel, I could see this realized through you being selected for a position of, say, President's Commission On Fitness, etc. I've only ever been to Vegas on a layover, and did not have time to leave the airport. Your community looks beautiful, with so many fine gyms. Seriously, everyone in your neighborhood has the most beautiful decorative driveways I've ever seen; would probably cost more than my yearly salary! Oh, and more dogs along for the walks, please. Walks are always better with dogs!

I dont recommend swimming for cardio unless you have some kind of osteoarthritis issues, because of the cold water effect on the body which can lead to eating more than compared to walking on a treadmill or a stairmill with equal amount of calories burned unless your doing a bulk and that would make it easier to eat some extra calories. By the way congratulations on reaching the 1 million subscribers. Make some room for that plaque on the wall.

JAY! I was always doing a stairs like that! IMO it takes a oressure out of your joints and then you are doing a cross between walking and walking the stairs. I would start very slow and end up even running. Great cardio and I was burning fat and calories like hell AND YET like You said: "theoretically You shouldn't do it that way!"

The impressive (but not surprising) milestone of 1 million is only a logical continuation of the merits of your inspiring universe. Your videos, your values and your charisma have made you one of the most beloved Mr Olympia on the planet. You're asking for suggestions to mark this important milestone in your KZbin career. I don't know if what I'm about to say is original or of any interest, but... since your fans seem to love everything you film, and even want more, why not just create a contest of some kind with a prize consisting of two days spent in your company? Why 2 days? Well, because you're a bodybuilder and you are known for your late night workouts. Breakfasts are also one of the most essential meals for any bodybuilder. A lucky person could therefore follow you on a typical day where you manage to do a little bit of everything (visit your warehouses, attend a podcast with Milos, be filmed in a Jaywalk with you, visit your magnificient house, train late night with you, eat breakfast with you, a guided tour of Vegas and lots of items you sell free and autographed - especially your most inspiring poster signed and framed - you know the one I'm talking about, right ? The cover of the Flex with the words ''He's back!''). I know that's what I would like...
