Traditional food in Spain isn't exactly low calorie. As everywhere else in the world, people are moving less. You're not going to get a calorie burn riding a scooter.

IMO...so don't jump on me. It's NOT NOT NOT the American fast food that are making people fat, it's how much you eat, you can eat fast food and still be slim, it's just how much and you how take care of yourself. You can make food at home all the time, go out rarely to eat and be chubby, again it all depends on how you take of yourself. So pretty tired of hearing that it's all because of American fast food. As with anything, rather tv, radio, here on KZbin, eating fast food, don't watch it, don't listen to it, and don't eat at fast food joints. I have said before the only reason I would want to go to a chain in any country I visit is to see what else they offer that is local to the country. As for Starbucks I would go just to get the mugs or tumblers that are only available in said country I am in. I don't care for Starbucks here in US LOL, doubt it's any better anywhere else, but again it's familiar and we tend to be drawn to what is familiar. And nothing wrong with that.
