We finally get our first proper quest for the Moran Tong in Morrowind! How does it go? Do we suceed? Do I resort to taking down Ra'Virr again? Maybe

If you wanna taunt a Morrowind NPC, but their disposition is too low to talk to you, just take off all your clothes. Morrowind's NPCs have an automatic "Go put some clothes on!" dialogue line when you try to talk to them while completely naked (literally unequip every item you have on). This dialogue line has priority over their hatred for you, so after they yell at you for being naked, you can taunt them like normal. Just don't forget to reequip your armor and weapons before you fight them. Great videos btw, Morrowind is such a cool and intricate game, I'm glad someone's still making Morrowind content almost 20 years after the game came out

Here’s a helpful tip for the next time you play morrowind and you’re in Vivec. If you walk off the ledge of the balcony instead of jumping, you take no fall damage. Don’t know if you’ll see this though.

Sneak helps alot when your low level or not so armored, you get critical hits in sneak and it nearly doubles damage when you hit crits with marksman weapons if your marksman skill is high and luck is high it doubles with crit and then doubles again because of luck fatigue and strength, it's a glitch but you can almost one hit most regular npcs with throwing stars I carry a bow to do the rest if they dont drop

Sneak upgrade? Step 1. Get the attention of a slaughter fish. Step 2. Stay on shore, safe from said slaughter fish. Step 3. Put a weight on the sneak button and go to bed. Step 4. Wake up.

Something thats always pissed me off about Bethesda is when they added Tribunal / Bloodmoon (idk which specifically adds it) and they added the dark brotherhood assassins that show up at lvl 1, they made the dark brotherhood’s armour actually good, its at least mid range armour you can use on many characters for even a short time per play through, Morrowind had the Morag Tong as their main assassins guild, and later the Dark Brotherhood was added, in Skyrim where The Dark Brotherhood is the main assassins guild, and the Morag Tong were added in later, they made the Morag Tong armour basically a reskin of another armour, and its garbage compared to what you have by the time you can get it, small detail but it irritates the hell out of me.

The normal Chitin armour is better than Elven, but the Morag Tong gear is about equal to Leather. It's a reskin with worse stats.

This method is rather out of your reach, but if you manage to get Frenzy Humanoid spell with magnitude of 50-70, you can try forcing untauntable NPCs to attack you like this one. It's not an assault if you successfully cast it on someone.

I know this video is a bit old, but if you're looking for a good sword in Balmora, you should try taking the Sword of White Woe. It's in a guard tower behind Casius house on the second floor over a closet. But there is a guard right beside it so it is a bit hard to get, might take a few tries. But the sword is way superior to the fiend katana, maybe not only enchantment wise.

There really isn't any long term rewards to the morag tong besides money rewards. They're mostly for RP like vampire clans or the thieves guild. Guilds in general don't do much for you except give you reputation which help you skip a portion of the main quest.

I think what you mean by the stealth thing is that morag tong gives you "writs" to execute people. Its not assassination, its legal execution. If you do a murder wide out in the open, you can then present your writ to a guard who will not arrest you or anything. Murder out in the open can bring you bounties though, which can be tricky to handle, and killing your target and being reported or seen will not give you as much of a disposition increase with your fellow morag tong memebers, if you had done it stealthily instead. So stealth isn't really "necessary" but it brings perks. And it is one of their primary skills, but you don't need to level it in order to rank up in the morag tong.
