Beautiful house but not in Florida with hurricane seasons and the home insurance crisis there with them leaving tne state...I would definitely build this home but somewhere more stable without the extreme weather patterns.

Former elevator mechanic here. Elevators are complex mechanical-electrical systems and should be maintained and inspected in line with local laws as well as manufacturer's recommendations. Don't compromise on safety and enjoy your vertical transport!

I normally don't like multi-level homes but, since it has an elevator, I really like this one. In fact I think this is my most favorite of all the homes I've seen you tour. I also like all the finishes. That rarely happens.

I would buy this house in a heartbeat!you ticked off everything I wanted/required: non-electric fireplace, gashob, dual oven w/French doors,enough bedrooms and baths for when the kids/grandkids/other family/friends visit AND an elevator!! And the idea you for the ground floor space making it a recreation/games room is a good idea especially for larger families!8Great job!!

I like everything about this house. Especially the floor covering and the counter tops. I have seen a similar oven being used by a professional chef. Would love to have one! 😢Love this home, from garage that actually fits 2-4 cars. You can park 2 cars and STILL have storage. Great space and storage in kitchen, dining and living room. Love all bedrooms...decks oh Elevator a bonus, especially from garage, but would probably use stairs from 2nd to 3rd floor.Great Fla. home. Thank You. Btw are elevators included in Home warranty company, do they service them, add on or separate company to maintain them?😮

Brand new house with creaky doors. LOL I'd definitely have the water heaters, AC units, heating units, and electrical units down on the first floor, in the back of the garage. That way I'd have more room in the house for extra storage and stuff.
