I agree, the one mistake in the design is the kitchen - which is a big part of the appeal of the home. In addition to the lack of pantry, when the put the island too close to the stove, fridge, etc it really is problematic. If you've ever cooked with someone else in the kitchen, you'll be running into each in these tight spaces. Or heaven forbid someone open the dishwasher and leaves it down. They just needed to add a pantry and push that island out 1 foot.

Chance and Nate are the best home tour guides. I don't like people, I don't like to leave my little homestead if I don't have to and Chance and Nate save me from doing that. lol. I don't care for the one long kitchen counter, I prefer the L or wrap around kitchen. Anyone with kids and a husband knows the more space in the kitchen the better cause they all want to snack while we're cooking and it drives me nuts. lol

I do love the detail that Deer Valley puts in each of their homes! There is a lot of thought that goes into the color choices and floor plans. The only thing for me that is lacking is a larger utility room for a wash basin and folding table and a place for a deep freezer! Also, there needs to be a nice size walk-in pantry! I absolutely love the nice large kitchen, it's beautiful! The master bedroom is beautiful, and I love the large walk-in closet, and that bathroom is to die for with that gorgeous shower with a window over looking the soaking tub. Also, the two separate his and her sink areas are a nice touch.I absolutely love the porch with the firplace that comes off the dining area. Absolutely a gorgeous home! I just wished the price was way more affordable! I also love all the wood accents in the livingroom.The entrance is nice but does need a coat closet! Absolutely gorgeous though! But the price is ceazy too expensive!

I'd get this home in a heart beat. It is 90% perfect. I'd change out the electric stove in the kitchen. The fire places are perfect and the room sizes are great.

I can Honestly say that there has not been one time that I didn't smile/laugh during one of them. You make them very pleasurable, comical and enjoyable to watch/listen them . I love the master bath. I wish there was a space for a freezer. And I like the kitchen sink to be on an outside wall so I can look out the window. I'd rather have a stovetop in the island. I have this dream of making pancakes and as they get done just tossing them onto the kids plates as they sit there and wait and we talk. I guess we all have our dreams.

In the master bathroom the lady’s sink should be the one with the best lighting! Also in my opinion they need an option for a bidet! Oh and don’t forget having the on/off shower controls right at the opening to the shower area.

Not too crazed about the floor plan. I am already thinking of other ideas for this home. But as far as the master bath, if the man don't ask the lady which side she wants; then I can guarantee you she will pick the back vanity across from the shower. Other then that it's a beautiful home❤
