4:14 I live near this bridge, so many people’s lives were changed, my friends teacher had to quit their job because they couldn’t use the bridge, my sisters friend now had to drive an hour instead of 5 minutes to get to school, I could no longer go to my friend’s house, and the workers on that ship couldn’t get OFF the ship after crashing because their VISAs expired, stranding them on a literal cargo ship for weeks, probably much more I’m not including.
