Wow - a car with straight pipes as an exhaust. Groundbreaking and so impressive. Monaco police isn't known for its sens of humour so not surprised the driver didn't take it for actual drive around town, even if at the speed limit. I was surprised however that all the local women didn't immediately throw themselves at the car in admiration- it seems the driver was equally surprised if you see his facial expression in the very last seconds.
