I got to be a part of the Bananas organization for just one day (subbed in the Banana Band), and let me tell you, every single person in that organization is amazing. The thing that was most shocking to me was just how there seemed to be no perceived pecking order of importance. Between the players, the admin, the ushers, the dj, to Jesse himself, and on and on everyone had such respect for each other and felt important in their own way. It was really refreshing

Since the Bananas are finally coming to my part of the country, I've been having conversations with my wife explaining why we needed to go to a Savannah Bananas game. Just yesterday I was telling her that the Bananas are like the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball (just like you said), and that it is supposed to be a good show. She asked if it was really THAT good, and I showed her that the Bananas have sold out SEVERAL MLB stadiums this year. I told her, "the show must be really good because they are doing a better job selling out Major League stadiums than the actual Major League teams themselves are."

I was lucky enough to see the Bananas vs the Party Animals last year at the Las Vegas Ballpark. Pre-waitlist days. Beyond just the two-hour game, the two-hours leading up to the game are entertainment, family friendly, fun filled! Ticket prices were high but it was beyond well worth the cost of admission. I hope they expand their world tour to come to warmer states in the winter and colder states in the summer. I'd pay time and again to see them! Everyone deserves a chance to see the best baseball around!

The game in Houston was fun to see on KZbin. I am in Canada and online may be the only way I see Banana Ball. They claim to move about 200 people to do an away game and seeign the crowd in Houston shows MOST of the people in colour of the Bananas or Party Animals. Since it is only one game, they moved that much merchandise in that day. Ponder that for cash flow and seem to run a strong online store too. Additionally, the KZbin presence gives them another cash stream. The organization has money to do fun stuff. Some of the between inning games fail badly but then others do not. I would like to see a game as there is so much activity to see and some good baseball.
