As a bengals fan, marvin lewis was a great coach and andy dalton was a great qb. The bengals team during their era was great overall. The problem i had watching them was that i always felt like they lacked the energy they have now. The second they started losing back then it was just mopey and self sabotaging. Todays bengals' culture is a lot more grit. Just an overall exciting and driven team. Everyone is there to win, whereas i feel back then everyone was there to get their check and go home. I definitely think dalton and lewis tried and did a good job, but just lacked the fire when it mattered most.

The Cubs are merely mediocre during the regular season (their win percentage of 0.512 is seventh highest in MLB). @fromthehaven94 Yeah true, but Joe Burrow has won 5 playoff games, 3 of them on the road, beat Mahomes in the 2021 AFC Championship in Arrowhead, in which by the way, the Bengals was down 21-3 before halftime and he made big time plays to led that comeback win, took the Bengals to the Super Bowl in which nobody gave the Bengals a chance to go to the Super Bowl and he has a 3-1 record against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs so I don't understand why Joe Burrow doesn't get his respect

For real , nobody talks about these OG’s anymore. Don’t forget about Fritz Pollard for the 1920 Akron Pros - literally one of if not the best players of that era and won the Brunswick-Balke Collender Cup of the APFA before the NFL was even formed. If you saw him you knew, he had speed, toughness and could do anything on the football field. Not to mention he was the only Afro-American on the team and majorly broke color barriers - especially during that time. Plus his team went undefeated that season. Legendary! Yet nobody talks about it, it’s “Tom Brady this Joe Montana that”. I’m tired of hearing it -these are the REAL OG’s! If you were around in the 1920’s, you’d know.

That's 31 games straight or 357 days without a single win. An entire season in the Bundesliga is 34 games. The only games we won in that time (2 in total) were against fourth league teams (!) and even those were close (!!!). Out of the remaining 20 games after winning the one that broke the streak, we only won 2 more. Yes, we were relegated. Yea, covid was SUPER FUN for us. In 2012 the Falcons committed 6 turnovers against the Cardinals and the Cardinals still managed to lose 23-19 to the comeback king… Matt Ryan 😅

One thing you forgot to mention about the cardinals: they went 51 years without winning a playoff game. After they beat the Eagles in the 1947 championship, they didn’t win another playoff game until they beat the Cowboys in the 1998-99 Wildcard Round. Oh, and in between those two playoff wins, they had just just 4 playoff appearances

How could Brandon say "I've always loved the Underdog" and not segue it into a sponsorship for Underdog Sports?!

The San Jose Sharks are an interesting team. Between 1993 and 2019 they reached the playoffs 21 out of 25 seasons. They've reached the playoffs in 21 out of their total 32 seasons, and yet they have the third worst winning percentage. It's a tale of 2 teams. They either make the playoffs or they don't and their season is the equivalent of giving up a safety on the first play of the Superbowl.
