Funnily enough even though her death was one of the most brutal during order 66 I remember reading that Secura’s death was actually Bly being merciful. He knew how tough Jedi were and didn’t want her to suffer a slow death from an injury or face being hunted down by her own men, so instead he just ordered his men to keep firing till there was absolutely no doubt she had expired.

Fellucia is described in some books as our Vietnam, it must have been sheer hell to fight there and the clones must have tremendous respect collected before her, in the end they only shoot her long enough to make sure that she dies quickly and doesn't suffer.

It was confirmed in Rebels that the clones were in fact implanted with behavioral mind control chips. And ounce Order 66 was initiated, the clones lost all control of their actions. Many were heart broken watching themselves gundown their allies and be unable to stop themselves.

Originally Ayla Secura was terrible to her clones, especially on Felicia. She wasted tons of clone lives carelessly sending platoons alone into the jungle on reconnaissance missions only for them to get inevitably ambushed by the droids or attacked by the local wild life. Her clones hated her and that’s why her death was so brutal on Felicia. Obviously all of that was get conned later.
